Democrat Insider Details Mail-In Voting Fraud Operation: ‘This Is a Real Thing’

A Democrat operative is telling all about the massive voter fraud operation deployed to rig elections for Democrats through paying homeless voters off, taking advantage of the elderly, posing as registered voters, and printing up fake ballots.

An exclusive report by the New York Post‘s Jon Levine tells the stories of a Democrat operative who has personally led a staff to produce false election results via voter fraud for years now — a scheme that he suggests will be utilized in the upcoming local, state, congressional, and presidential elections on November 3: 

“This is a real thing,” he said. “And there is going to be a f–king war coming November 3rd over this stuff … If they knew how the sausage was made, they could fix it.” [Emphasis added]

In one story, the operative explained how he and his staff make fake mail-in ballots by simply running ballots sent to registered voters through a copy machine. The envelopes used for the ballots, though, are much more difficult to recreate, so instead his staff goes door-to-door convincing voters to let them deliver their mail-in ballots for them.

Then, he and the staff open the envelopes by holding them over boiling water to open the seal, remove the voter’s mail-in ballot, and replace it with their fraudulent ballot before delivering them at mailboxes in multiple towns so as not to draw suspicion.

In some instances, the operative said postal workers can be in on the scheme:

“You have a postman who is a rabid anti-Trump guy and he’s working in Bedminster or some Republican stronghold … He can take those [filled-out] ballots, and knowing 95% are going to a Republican, he can just throw those in the garbage.” [Emphasis added]

Taking advantage of vulnerable voters is a vital tool for the scheme, the operative said. For example, he detailed how he and his staff have links to nursing home employees who will fill out absentee ballots for elderly residents.

In other cases, his crew pays homeless voters living in shelters about $50 to $60 to vote for Democrat candidates.

When not stuffing mail-in ballots and taking advantage of voters, the operative said he and his staff impersonate voters in person on election day. The team looks for registered voters who are not active voters and obtains their personal information to impersonate them.

The process, like printing fake mail-in ballots, is easy when there are no voter ID laws in place to prevent such fraud. The fake voters go to a designated polling place and sign the real voters’ signature as best as possible.

The fraud often reaches the highest levels of election 0fficials, according to the operative. His staff bends the corners of their ballots in a specific place to tip-off their allies in states’ Board of Elections.The fraud operation, detailed by this particular operative, mostly dealt with cases in New York, New Jersey, and Pennsylvania, though he suggested it occurs across the nation on a large scale.

“There is no race in New Jersey — from City Council to United States Senate — that we haven’t worked on,” the operative told the New York Post. “I worked on a fire commissioner’s race in Burlington County. The smaller the race the easier it is to do.”

Such alleged fraud has come to light in recent months.

In June, a Democrat councilman and Democrat councilman-elect in Paterson, New Jersey, were charged with election fraud along with two Democrat operatives. In one instance, officials allege that one of the operatives collected unsealed mail-in ballots from voters and delivered them sealed to the Board of Elections.

Similarly, in May, a former Pennsylvania judge pleaded guilty to stuffing ballot boxes for Democrats in exchange for payments from political operatives in 2014, 2015, and 2016 primary elections.  That same month, Pennsylvania election officials admitted that duplicate mail-in ballots were sent to voters.

Nevada’s June primary shows huge issues with mail-in voting. In Las Vegas, Nevada, more than 223,000 mail-in ballots were deemed “undeliverable” in the election — about 17 percent of the total number of mail-in ballots sent out to voters, unsolicited.

Federal election data reveals that since 2012, about 28.4 million mail-in ballots have gone missing in each of the last four election cycles. According to Pew Research Center analysis, there are potentially 24 million ineligible or inaccurate voter registrations on state voter rolls.

Recent data has not shown a compelling public health justification for mail-in voting. In Wisconsin’s April election, only 52 of more than 400,000 voters and poll workers were confirmed to have contracted the Chinese coronavirus. None of those cases were fatal. This equals an infection rate below two-hundredths of one percent.

California Set To Pass The Nation's First Wealth Tax Targeting The Ultra Rich

 It was about about nine years ago when consulting company BCG first suggested that in a time of out of control spending and soaring debt loads, the only fiscally sustainable "solution" was to implement a wealth tax (see "There May Be Only Painful Ways Out Of The Crisis").

While the idea was well ahead of its time in 2011, and was quickly shut down in the court of public opinion, several years later none other than the IMF resurrected the idea of a wealth tax, which has only gained momentum in recent months, and despite widespread grassroots pushback, the concept of a "wealth tax" has moved front and center and most recently the chairman of Capital Economics, Roger Bootle, said that the world’s wealthiest could be subjected to higher tax rates as governments scramble to fund spending and repair their economies amid the coronavirus crisis.

Fast forward to today when the ultra-liberal state of California is now ready to take this "socialist" idea from concept to the implementation phase, with the SF Chronicle reporting that a group of CA state lawmakers on Thursday proposed a first-in-the-nation state wealth tax that would hit about 30,400 California residents and raise an estimated $7.5 billion for the general fund.

The proposed tax rate would be 0.4% of net worth (most likely ended up far higher), excluding directly held real estate, that exceeds $30 million for single and joint filers and $15 million for married filing separately.Oakland Democrat Rob Bonta, who is the lead author of the wealth tax proposal AB2008, justified the wealth expropriation by saying that California is facing a big budget deficit because of the health and economic crisis brought on by the coronavirus, and "we can’t simply rely on austerity measures," to close it. It wasn't immediately clear why austerity doesn't work considering that California has never actually tried it, but in any case the Democrat's proposal was clear: "We must consider revenue generation."

And in doing that, California will trigger an exodus of billionaires who will be the first to realize which way the wind is blowing, and end up hurting the state far more than helping it as hundreds of ultra wealthy taxpayers leave for places like Florida or - for that matter - any other place in the world.

Bonta said that the union-sponsored bill will not be heard before the Legislature adjourns Aug. 31, but “it can be reintroduced on day one of the next session.”

Now what most normal Americans (i.e. those not living in California) may not know, is that this would be the second wealth tax set to pass in California. Bonta said he would like to see a wealth tax passed in addition to the “millionaires tax” proposed in a bill introduced in late July. AB1253 would add surcharges of 1% to incomes (joint or single) between roughly $1 million and $2 million, 3% on income between $2 million and $5 million, and 3.5% on income greater than $5 million, bringing the top rate to 16.8%.

California’s top rate today, at 13.3%, is already the highest in the nation, and it's only going higher.

The millionaires (and soon to be hundred thousandaires, then ten-thousandaires and so on) subject to the wealth tax would report it to the Franchise Tax Board along with their income taxes. They would have to report all assets including stock in publicly and privately traded corporations; interests in partnerships, private equity or hedge funds; cash, bonds and savings accounts; mutual funds, futures and options; art and collectibles; offshore financial assets, pension funds, non-mortgage debt, real property and mortgage debt. Which of course is idiotic because some of that wealth is extremely illiquid and evaluating it will not only take material time and effort, but also result in drastic costs. Furthermore, just how will the government confirm that whatever wealth is reported represents reality. But such is life in a half-baked socialist utopia where every idea is for lack of a better word, idiotic.

There was some good news: "Directly held real property, and mortgages and other liabilities secured by directly held real property,” must be reported, but would not be considered in calculating the taxpayer’s worldwide net worth, the bill said. How wonderful... oh wait, someone realized that this would simply be double taxing the same assets: "Real estate would be exempt from the wealth tax because it’s already subject to property tax, at a higher rate", Bonta said.

Among those handful of rational voices who call out this sheer idiocy for what it is was Jared Walczak, a vice president with the Tax Foundation, a think tank, who said that “it is far easier to call for a state-level wealth tax than it is to actually design an enforceable one." Maybe that’s why no state has imposed one.

However now that California is on the verge of passing a wealth tax, every other insolvent state will follow suit, staring with New York.

“Some New York legislators are floating the idea, but Governor Cuomo has poured cold water on the notion, rightly concerned that it would lead to an exodus of high net worth individuals from the state,” Walczak said via email. Somehow California believes it is exempt from such an exodus. Spoiler alert: it isn't, and the state's wealthiest residents won't think twice to up root and move their tax residence to a state which treats their wealth with respect.

There is of course the possibility that this idiotic idea will somehow die before it is enacted. Walczak said that implementing a wealth tax at the state level “would be extremely complex, with questions of how to value illiquid assets and whether residents’ out-of-state wealth — including their investment holdings — can be taxed.” He added that "any tax that is actually effective at taxing wealth, however, would be equally effective at driving wealth out of state."

Emmanuel Saez, a UC Berkeley economics professor, i.e., a socialist, said income tax is not an effective way to tax the ultra-wealthy, because they can avoid the income tax as long as they don’t cash in their investments. Facebook CEO Mark Zuckerberg could avoid the income tax as long as he doesn’t sell his Facebook stock, and if he moved to Florida before realizing his gains, he may never owe tax to California, Saez said during a call announcing the bill.

Saez, like any other socialist who has a terminal inability of grasping who the world really works and that every idiotic action by the state will have an appropriate reaction by the population, said the bill would not deter startups because it would let entrepreneurs defer the wealth tax for a period of time. Brilliant.

"Liquidity-constrained taxpayers with ownership interests in hard-to-value assets and business entities, such as startup businesses, shall be able to elect for an unliquidated and deferred tax liability to be attached to these assets instead of the net value of these assets being assessed at the end of a tax year.” The taxpayer would have to sign a contract with the state specifying when the tax would be paid.

Well, Emmanuel, instead of signing a "contract" with the state when the tax will be paid, all those entrepreneurs that keep the state afloat will simply... leave. And guess what happens to the already dismal tax collections then.

None of this matters to the Berkeley socialist, and instead he pointed to a paper he co-authored, saying that California has 12% of the U.S. population but 17% of all U.S. millionaires and 25% of its billionaires. In 2011, California had only 15.5% of the nation’s millionaires and 21% of billionaires. The wealth tax, he said, would hit about 0.15% of California tax filers.

We can't wait for the paper's second edition published in 2025 when the "professor" finds that California has none of the US' billionaires.

Until then, the rare voices of reason such as that of Robert Gutierres, president of the California Taxpayers Association, will become increasingly rare:

“The state approved $9.2 billion in business tax increases in the new budget, but Sacramento politicians and special interests continue to seek income tax increases, property tax increases, a ‘headcount tax’ on in-state employees, and this new annual tax on money that was left over after all the other taxes were paid,” Gutierrez said, adding that "a very small number of Californians pay the vast majority of state income taxes. When the constant drumbeat for outrageous tax hikes drives them away, who will pick up the tab?"

After 2 Year Vote Fraud Investigation – FBI Swoops In, Arrests One-third of Toledo City Council

President Trump made a major promise during his 2016 campaign to end corruption within the government, or to “drain the swamp.” It’s become so common for government officials to bend the law to benefit themselves, it almost seemed as if Americans were okay with it.

But since Trump took over the presidency—and appointed tough prosecutors and investigators within the DOJ—things began to happen. Over the last few years, we’ve learned about how the FBI has arrested leaders in state and local governments for various crimes (see the former mayor of Baltimore).

Now, we are learning about yet another major sting, involving 1/3 of the leadership of a major U.S. city:

The FBI on Tuesday arrested a local attorney and four members of the city council in Toledo, Ohio, for their alleged participation in a bribery and extortion scheme…

 “As alleged in the Complaint, four Toledo City Council members and a local attorney have been engaged in a pay-to-play scheme involving bribes for Council votes,” U.S. Attorney Justin Herdman said in a statement to Fox News Wednesday. “Maintaining the public’s trust in its elected officials is one of the Department of Justice’s core responsibilities.”

According to the charges, four members of Toledo’s city council, along with a local attorney, were given benefits in exchange for votes. The FBI is saying they accepted cash, checks, and other items of value from local business owners. All so they could influence these leaders’ votes.

It appears all too often politicians trade their influence to get rich quick. The temptation to abuse their power for monetary gain seems too great to resist. This happens so often on the local level, with repercussions felt across communities.

Citizens of Toledo should ask how many recent laws were passed because businesses were allegedly bribing these council members. One-third of the council is enough to sway close votes. Major legislation, which could have affected the lives of residents, might have been impacted because of this “pay-to-play” scheme.

Yet another question must be raised, in light of this news: how many more city council members, across the entire country, are engaged in similar schemes? If leaders from this Ohio town are doing it, what about leaders in larger cities like San Francisco, New York, Los Angeles, and more?

Such a development is a reminder to all Americans that our democracy must be defended and that only leaders who promise to protect law and order just be elected.

Trump Is Right to Suspect Voter Fraud

Earlier in the day Trump suggested in a tweet that November’s general election should be postponed, citing his unsubstantiated assertions of widespread mail-in voter fraud amid the coronavirus pandemic. 

I’ve been researching voter fraud since I was the Republican nominee for Congress in MD-8 in 2012 and encountered defective voting machines in multiple counties in my district. I have drawn on that research for a new book, “The Election Heist,” which projects what I believe will be the Democrats’ playbook for this November.

Democrats love to repeat that voter fraud is a myth conjured by right-wing nuts to justify the defeat of their candidates at the polls.

But evidence of voter fraud is overwhelming. Anyone remember “Landslide Lyndon” Johnson, whose first election to the United States Senate was secured by stuffed ballot boxes conveniently discovered by his campaign manager?

In 1994, Republican gubernatorial candidate Ellen Sauerbrey of Maryland was winning by close to 30,000 votes until well after midnight, until the Baltimore graveyards and vacant lots voted and gave the election to her opponent by 5,993 votes.

More recently, former Senator Al Franken of Minnesota owed his 312 vote victory against incumbent Senator Norm Coleman in 2008 to 48,000 disputed votes. But, of course, this was not voter fraud.

Investigative reporter John Solomon recently cited more than a dozen examples of voter fraud over the past two years, fraud that in many cases changed election results and led to criminal indictments and convictions. The schemes “ranged from old fashion ballot box stuffing to absentee and mail-in ballot fraud,” as well as non-citizen voting and voter harvesting.

While very serious, these are what I would call garden variety voter fraud, essentially based on individual initiatives or at most a small group of co-conspirators with no access to sophisticated technology or logistics. Also in this category are the many thousands of double-votes cast by snowbirds in Florida, and others who have recently moved from one state to another.

The President’s concern over mail-in ballots raises a much bigger issue, since a national system of mail-in balloting would be an open invitation to fraud, especially in states and counties with “dirty” voter rolls. A January 2020 report by Judicial Watch found 378 counties across America had more registered voters than citizens of voting age. Judicial Watch successfully sued Los Angeles County in 2019, requiring them to remove 1.5 million people from the voter roles because they had either moved out of the jurisdiction or were deceased.

That’s the scale of the fraud the president is worried about.

Under the mail-in ballot scheme Democrats want to impose, all registered voters would receive a ballot, whether they are dead or alive or still live in the jurisdiction. The question is: who will actually cast those ballots?

Democrat legislators at the state and national level have made it exceptionally difficult for supervisors of elections to clean their voter rolls, citing the canard of “voter suppression.”

And of course, they will always find examples where a legitimate voter was stricken from the rolls, most often because they have not voted in the last three national elections. To paraphrase a French saying, these exceptions prove the rule: dirty voter rolls are an invitation to fraud.

Mail-in ballots are very different from absentee ballots, which have been in place for many years in the majority of states for military and other voters who cannot or do not want to show up at the polls. If anything, absentee ballots bear a greater risk of being rejected if the voter’s signature on the outside envelope does not match the signature on record with the supervisor of election, a common occurrence with older voters who have not updated their signature in decades.

In my new book, “The Election Heist,” I look at these and other, less well-known examples of voter fraud that involve the hacking of electronic voting systems.

Known vulnerabilities include:

• the old touch screen (DRE) machines. Yes, they still exist in many states. It takes less than a minute to inject malicious software into these machines that will flip the results, then erase itself after the election so no one will ever detect it. Known as a SQL injection, it was first demonstrated almost two decades ago in experiments conducted by a national nuclear laboratory and replicated dozens of times since.
• State voter data bases are almost all online. At the DEFCON 2019 hackers convention in Los Vegas, two 11-year olds hacked into a replica of the Florida state voter data base in just fifteen minutes. Once inside, it’s literally child’s play to erase voters from one party, generating chaos on election day when those voters show up to vote.
• Internet-based transmission of election-night counts. While most election districts have erected firewalls to protect this data or claim to have “air-gapped” their systems from the Internet, hackers can penetrate these defenses.

But the vulnerability that most worries me is the software in the optical scanners used to “count” paper ballots.

People tend to think that paper ballots are secure. They are not. In fact, they are almost NEVER actually counted. As I learned while I was researching “The Election Heist,” what’s tabulated are the ballot images—i.e., PDF files of the paper ballots generated by scanner software.

What shocked me even more was to discover that most supervisors of elections are not aware of this. They believe paper ballots are, well, counted. And therefore, because there is a paper trail, they are secure.

Here is what actually happens. A voter fills out his paper ballot, and then feeds it into a scanner. The paper ballot drops into a locked ballot box, where theoretically it can be retrieved and counted by hand.

But in most election districts, even those with mandatory “risk-limiting” audits, the actual paper ballots are not recounted, only the ballot images. Those ballot images, remember, were created by software. And anything run by software can be hacked.

In devising my scenario in “The Election Heist,” I wanted to put this theory to the ultimate test, so I had the supervisor of elections in one Florida county actual run the paper ballots through the tabulator the morning after the election, to see if there were any discrepancies with the election night count.

This is standard practice in many election districts using the optical scanning systems increasingly prevalent across America.

But here’s the problem: if the software driving the tabulators was infected with a vote-changing algorithm, then any recount of the paper ballots using that same tabulator will generate the same result. The only way to get a “clean” result is to run the paper ballots through tabulators that have not been infected.

The United States does not have a centralized voting system, but roughly 10,000 voting districts, each with their own system. That makes it virtually impossible for a state actor, such as Russia or China, to “hack” a national election. However, it increases the probability that national actors—say, a national candidate, or a party, or a criminal organization—can selectively hack vulnerable election districts in key states and change the vote tallies.

As the main hacker in my new book puts it, “We are going to exploit vulnerabilities. Plural. Call it boutique exploits, custom-tailored for each situation. Not a silver bullet but a hail of silver bullets. A Gatling gun of silver bullets. A nuclear war of silver bullets!”

A 2018 poll found that 93 percent of security professionals believed that our election infrastructure is at risk. That is a huge vote of no-confidence in our current election systems.

Supervisors of elections across America need to get smart. They all need to sign up to ERIC, the nation-wide data-base to track double-registrations. But they also need to better understand the vulnerabilities of the electronic systems many of them believe to be invulnerable.

The integrity of the November election is at stake.
