Reasonable Democrats know that President Trump is on the right side of the crime epidemic issue, which is evidenced by Obama strategist David Axelrod telling Governor Pritzker and Mayor Johnson on CNN to stop playing politics on this issue and accept Trump’s help.

Did you catch how Axelrod almost said ‘criminal illegals’, but then changed it to ‘people doing violent crimes here who are illegal immigrants’. Heh.
But he’s not wrong in his advice to Pritzker and Johnson. Trump has backed them into a corner now, and either they’ve got to step up and fix the problem or admit they were wrong and accept Trump’s help. Either way Trump wins.
