The unelected globalist head of the World Health Organization (WHO) has renewed demands for governments to urgently crack down on the free speech rights of their citizens.
WHO Director-General Dr. Tedros Adhanom Ghebreyesus argues that members of the general public must be silenced with censorship to “prevent the spread of harmful lies.”
Allowing people to freely express their views is “turbo-changing” the “spread of disinformation,” Dr. Tedros claims.
Tedros used the United Nations (UN) agency’s Summit 2024 to launch into yet another tirade against online “misinformation/disinformation.”
Tedros said the WHO is countering the alleged threat by “working” with a number of companies and other partners.
In his speech, the WHO chief renewed calls for stricter censorship on social media.
He repeated the accusations that social media is “turbo-charging” the spread of “misinformation.”
The WHO chief claims the expression of non-mainstream views online has added to people’s skepticism toward vaccines and some other medical treatments.
Without evidence, Tedros alleged that free speech is leading to “stigma, discrimination, and even violence” toward health workers and “marginalized groups.”
“During the COVID-19 pandemic, falsehoods about masks, vaccines, and lockdowns spread as fast as the virus itself and were almost as deadly,” Tedros alleged.
“People won’t use a medicine they don’t trust, or see a health worker they don’t trust, or follow advice they don’t trust,” he added.
“And when trust breaks down, the consequences can be deadly.”
This is now the first time the WHO has demanded increased censorship, however.
As Slay News reported, the WHO made similar demands over the summer.
In June, Tedros issued a warning to United Nations (UN) member states that governments must “be more aggressive” in cracking down on “anti-vaxxers.”
Tedros issued the warning during a talk titled “Celebrating 50 years of immunization progress.”
During his speech, Dr. Tedros said:
“You know the serious challenge that’s posed by anti-vaxxers, and I think we need to strategize to really push back.
“I think it’s time to be more aggressive in pushing back on anti-vaxxers,” he declared.
“I think they used Covid as an opportunity, and you know all the havoc they are creating.”
The WHO has previously attacked people opposed to the Covid mRNA shots.
As Slay News previously reported, the globalist “health” organization baselessly smeared critics of the experimental injections as a “major killing force.”
In addition, the WHO also attempted to link concerns about the shots to the “far-right.”
Yet, the calls from Tedros and the WHO come as damning information continues to emerge online that would otherwise be censored by the WHO and Big Tech.
An explosive worldwide study has revealed that up to a staggering 15 million people have been killed by Covid mRNA “vaccines” globally.
In addition, the study shows that up to 60 million people have been left with disabilities from the injections with between 500M and 900M injured by the shots.
The shocking results of the comprehensive data analysis were revealed by Ed Dowd.
Dowd detailed his bombshell findings in a new interview with Dr. Bret Weinstein, a former professor of evolutionary biology at Evergreen State College.
“5 billion people on the planet got a vaccine of some sort,” Down explained.
“If you apply the range of the death rate in the US that I gave you earlier, you get a range of globally, 7.3 million to 15 million died from the vaccine."
Regarding disabilities, Down said that “when you look at the ratio of four to one, you multiply the 7 million and the 15, possibly 15 million times four, you get a range of… 29 to 60 million disabled globally,”
The investigation revealed that Covid mRNA shots have caused between 7.3 and 15 million deaths globally.
This figure is in addition to 29 to 60 million disabilities and 500-900 million injuries worldwide.
Regarding “injuries, if you take 18% of the vaccinated, just using the Pfizer,” Dowd added.
“So again, this could be money, but we get a range of at the high end, 900 million, 500 million at the low end.”
