Partner From Law Firm That Represents DNC and is Suing Trump Over Jan 6 on Behalf of Democrats in Congress Arrested for Possessing Child Porn

A partner at Cohen Milstein Sellers & Toll, a law firm representing the DNC and suing Trump over January 6 on behalf of Democrats in Congress, was arrested for possessing child pornography.

Michael T. Dolce, a lawyer who specialized in fighting child sex abuse, was arrested by the feds at his West Palm Beach apartment on March 15.

Detectives discovered nearly 2,000 images of child sex abuse on Michael Dolce’s devices.

According to the federal criminal complaint, investigators found sex abuse images with girls as young as 5 years old, Local 10 reported.

Mr. Dolce’s LinkedIn listed him as a partner at Cohen Milstein Sellers & Toll PLLC.

According to reports, Michael Dolce is no longer listed on the Cohen Milstein Sellers & Toll website.

Local 10 reported:

Federal prosecutors accused a 53-year-old South Florida attorney who represents victims of child sexual abuse of possessing child sexual abuse material himself.

According to prosecutors, who announced the arrest Wednesday, Michael T. Dolce is expected to appear in a West Palm Beach federal court Thursday where he is facing multiple child pornography charges.

According to his arrest affidavit, on March 15, FBI agents executed a search warrant at Dolce’s West Palm Beach apartment.

Detectives said they discovered Dolce actively downloading child sexual abuse material using peer-to-peer software.

Investigators said nearly 2,000 images and videos of child pornography were recovered from his devices.

According to a federal criminal complaint, the images and videos depicted girls as young as 5 years old.

Investigators said after confiscating Dolce’s phone, it was found unlocked with a background image featuring a female between the ages of 16 and 25 engaged in sexual intercourse with two men.

A spokesperson for the firm confirmed to Local 10 News that Dolce no longer works there.

“The firm is stunned and saddened by these appalling allegations,” the spokesperson said in a statement Wednesday night. “Michael Dolce was terminated and is no longer affiliated with the firm. We are focused on attending to the needs of our clients and staff, and continuing to cooperate fully with the investigation.”

Even worse horror follows massive earthquakes in Turkey

Earthquake in Turkey and Syria (video screenshot)

Earthquake in Turkey and Syria

The horrors of a massive series of earthquakes that struck Turkey in February cannot be captured in just words.

The official death toll was estimated to be about 48,000, tens of thousands more were missing.

Usay Bulut, a Turkish journalist who also is a distinguished senior fellow at the Gatestone Institute, explains in a new report that, "the death toll was reportedly high not only because of corruption in the construction sector but also because of the government's lack of timely aid to survivors. The government of President Recep Tayyip Erdogan failed to send rescue aid promptly to the earthquake-stricken area. Survivors were ignored for days. After the first earthquake, even access to Twitter was restricted for over 9 hours. More than a month later, survivors are still saying that they have not received enough help. Millions are homeless, in tents, struggling to survive."

It appears the government had allowed "corrupt builders" to put up unsafe structures all over, the report said.

But possibly the worst horror that has developed is what is happening to orphaned children, the report said.

"They are at risk of human trafficking, organ harvesting and sexual abuse – and Islamist indoctrination," the report warned.

Children have disappeared in inexplicable ways. A 15-year-old was taken to a hospital, but disappeared from there.

The report continued, "Unaccompanied children are vulnerable to Islamic radicals known for leading indoctrination centers where children are abused." And, Bulut reported, "Erdogan's government has reportedly been obstructing the genuine humanitarian aid provided by his political opposition, and instead, along with his pro-regime media, reportedly has been promoting Islamist groups such as the Islamist Ensar Foundation and calling them non-governmental organizations (NGOs). Ensar Foundation staffers have been exposed for raping students."

Then, too, a radical Islamic group called Menzil Jamaat said it was "hosting" more than a thousand children.

Various Islamic fatwas, in fact, declare that such children could be available for "marriage."

Those, the report said, "simply make orphaned children even more vulnerable to sexual abuse."

The Association of Children and Women First, which operates in Turkey, explained it had documented cases there of "children" who survived the quakes "were handed over to people who introduced themselves as their families."

Some of those calling themselves "family" in fact likely were "taraqats or organ mafia," the report said.

Hediye Gökçe Baykal, a lawyer in the ACWF, told Gatestone that children who are separated from parents during an event like an earthquake face "various threats.'

"Every day a new claim emerges that unaccompanied children are taken by certain [Islamist] jamaats and tariqats. We are also extremely worried that the missing children could be kidnapped to be used for organ mafia, human trafficking, or other criminal purposes."

It is calling for police and prosecutors to investigate reports of kidnappings, or many children being placed in homes.

The lawyer said, "It is unacceptable to deliver these children to third parties, individuals, institutions, or associations other than the Ministry. Adoption and foster family institutions should also be done lawfully in line with the Ministry's rigorous and meticulous investigations."

Dems' Trump Attack Backfires, Accidentally Set Stage to Prosecute Biden Himself - Judicial Watch

Two can play at the indictment game, and several voices outraged at the indictment of former President Donald Trump predicted on Friday that will happen.

Trump’s indictment is likely to spark a volley of similar efforts against President Joe Biden — already facing heat due to the activities of his son, Hunter — and other top-name Democrats, Tom Fitton said, according to the New York Post. Fitton is president of the conservative legal group Judicial Watch.

“All bets are off,” he said. “You can expect grand jury indictments of leftist politicians like Biden, [former House Speaker Nancy] Pelosi and [Senate Majority Leader Chuck] Schumer as surely as night follows day.”

“You can be sure that there are prosecutors across Florida and Texas right now who are looking for a state law hook into the Biden family,” he added. “And if they’re not, they’re not doing their jobs.”

Mike Davis, president of the Article III Project, which is designed to combat judicial activism, said the gyrations used to indict Trump should be a roadmap for conservatives to emulate.

“Republicans need to learn how to take off the gloves and put on the brass knuckles and break glass jaws — politically and legally, not physically,” he said.“If New York can turn a routine settlement of a business dispute seven years ago into a felony, I think our Republican AGs and DAs should get creative. Two wrongs don’t make it right, but it makes it even,” he said.

Others noted the House has weapons it can use.

“Now the House GOP has to continue to investigate the Biden bribes and refer for indictments. Just the beginning of the end for the Bidens,” pollster John McLaughlin said, according to Rolling Stone.

Davis noted to the Post that investigations into the financial dealings of the Biden family might be mined for prosecutions.

“You just need probable cause. A grand jury can indict a ham sandwich. We just saw that in New York. And the Bidens actually committed real crimes. These are real crimes that the Bidens committed. There is smoking gun evidence that the Bidens were corruptly and illegally on Chinese and Ukrainian oligarchs’ payrolls,” he said.

Davis cited “the Foreign Corrupt Practices Act, bribery, tax evasion, gun charges, conspiracy, obstruction, espionage with using stolen classified records from the Obama White House for his Ukrainian and Chinese deals” as possible avenues to prosecute the Bidens.

“Biden was broke when he was a senator. He was broke when he left. And all of a sudden he’s very wealthy. It’s not because of his brilliance or his charm. How did he make that money?” Davis said.

Former Maricopa County Joe Arpaio said the indictment “sets a little precedent,” according to the Post.

“Now the word is out that you can go and indict an ex-president and a current president and they opened another door. But now everybody’s going to flex their muscles and use this case. So now we’re gonna threaten all presidents or ex-presidents,” he said.

New Bill Would Criminalize ‘Abortion Trafficking’ of Minors

Legislation under review in Idaho would make it illegal for an adult to help a minor obtain an abortion without parental consent.

The measure, House Bill 242, would make it illegal for adults to obtain abortion pills for a minor and “recruiting, harboring, or transporting the pregnant minor” across state lines for an abortion. Those who break the law could face up to five years in prison (via the Associated Press):

The law would be the first of its kind in the U.S., where Republican-controlled states have been ramping up abortion bans and restrictions since the U.S. Supreme Court ended a nationwide right to access last year. Idaho is one of 13 states that already effectively ban abortion in all stages of pregnancy. It’s also one of a handful that already have laws that could penalize those who help people of any age obtain abortions.

State Rep. Kevin Andrus, a Republican, told the outlet that parents’ rights were the main focus of the bill.

“We want to make sure that parents have a say in the life choices of their children,” Andrus said. “It will do a lot to save lives.”

AP noted that among 47 states that reported abortion data to the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention in 2019, fewer than 9 percent were women ages 15 to 19 years old. In Idaho, specifically, about 1 in 8 people to obtain abortions in the state were minors.

“That kind of proposal is definitely something that states should be looking at,” Kelsey Pritchard, a spokesperson for pro-life organization Susan B. Anthony Pro-Life America, told the outlet. “Idaho’s kind of thinking ahead here.”

Last summer, the Supreme Court of the United States overturned Roe v. Wade, which gave women the right to obtain an abortion in 1973. After Roe fell, several states passed laws outlawing or restricting abortion. Women reportedly began traveling to other states to obtain the procedure. And, abortion pill access became the new battleground for pro-abortion advocates.

The Mirror Savaged for Since-Deleted Profiling Nashville Shooting Suspect as 'Whimsical' and 'Childlike'

With one of the worst takes on Monday's shooting that took place at the Covenant School in Nashville, the Mirror has reminded how it is indeed a tabloid. In an article which no longer exists on the site--there's an error message--the tabloid provided a profile of the suspect, Audrey Hale, going in depth about what her art teacher told them, including how she was "whimsical" and "childlike."

It appears that great lengths were taken to scrub such a take, since archived versions of the article still show the error message. The Mirror also appears to tried to do so quietly, without a note about the deleted article or accompanying tweets. So, they went with such a heinous tweet, and then tried to cover it up. People kept the receipts though.

The Mirror's Twitter account appeared to have already had a habit of deleting the tweets, though they would tweet it out again, at least for a time.

That was not the only article on the site profiling the shooting suspect, though. As of Saturday afternoon, there are several articles on the Mirror's website, similarly sensational, which obsess over the exact part of Hale's life.

"Nashville school shooter Audrey Hale posted on Facebook about death of romantic partner," read a headline from March 29, two days after the shooting, which also resulted in Hale's death after responding Officers Rex Engelbert and Michael Collazo shot and killed her.

A subheadline refers to Hale by using "they" pronouns. The piece also mentions that she preferred to go by the name Aiden and use he/him pronouns. Further, the piece also appears to have changed quotes from a teacher the outlet spoke to about Hale so as to avoid having to use the pronouns the suspected killer may not have preferred:

Ms Colomy told the New York Times about the death of Hale's partner: "She had been openly grieving about that on social media, and during the grieving is when she announced that she wanted to be addressed as a male."

Hale has posted photographs of Hale and the romantic partner playing basketball, and wrote about missing them.

Ms Colomy said Hale had an unusually strong reaction to having trouble creating a password for the online student portal, when they began crying on their first day.

The teacher asked them if they would like to step outside, and they did. It was, however, the only time Hale showed such exreme [sic] emotion in Ms Colomy's class.

Ms Colomy also told CNN that the appeared to be “suffering” in Facebook posts over the past year, when her posts grieved the apparent death of a former girls’ basketball teammate.

She said: “The only thing I would see (Hale) post would be about this girl."

She added: "From what I saw on (Hale’s) social, (Hale) was suffering."

Hale's Facebook page has been taken down.

Another part of the article shows changed quotes, only to publish factually incorrect information. "Investigators believe the shooter had 'some resentment for having to go to [the private Catholic school]'," the article reads. The Covenant School that the article is presumbably referring to, where Hale killed six people, is Presbyterian.

Three of the victims were 9-year-old children, including Evelyn Dieckhaus, William Kinney, and Hallie Scrugg. Mike Hill, 61; Cynthia Peak, 61; and Katherine Koonce, 60 were also killed.

An article from March 31 bears the headline "Nashville school shooter Audrey Hale was 'infatuated' with teammate killed in car crash," which details how the sister of that teammate is taking issue with her sister being involved in this:

The 28-year-old killer was reportedly obsessed with Sydney Sims, a basketball player who played on the same team as Hale nearly 15 years ago.

Ms Sims' was killed in a car crash in August last year which left Hale, who police said was transgender, "heartbroken", and she made a number of posts on Facebook detailing how the shooter was struggling with her loss.

According to reports, Hales' struggle to deal with the basketball player's loss could have sparked the massacre.

However, Sidney's sister Taylor, 28, has hit back at suggestions, taking to her Instagram page to stress her sister's death had nothing to do with the shooting.

Such articles have also been shared by the Mirror's Twitter account.

Other suggested articles from the site contain similarly sensationalized headlines, including "Nashville school shooter Audrey Hale lived with parents and drew disturbing illustrations," "Nashville shooter Audrey Hale appears in college vid talking about 'growing as an artist'," and "Mum bravely interrupts Nashville mass shooting report to beg for stricter gun control."

Trump Supporter Found Guilty, Faces Ten Years in Prison for 2016 Anti-Hillary Meme

Trump Supporter Found Guilty, Faces Ten Years in Prison for 2016 Anti-Hillary Meme

Donald Trump has been indicted, essentially for the crime of being Donald Trump and opposing the Left’s total hegemony over everything. But as Trump himself has often warned, they’re not really after him, they’re after us, and he is just in the way. A 33-year-old Trump supporter named Douglass Mackey discovered the truth of that adage in the worst possible way on Friday, the first day of America as a Leftist banana republic in which foes of the regime are targeted solely for their opposition to that regime. Mackey was convicted of election interference and faces up to ten years in prison, all because of a meme he tweeted during the 2016 election. Yes, you read that right: a meme.

Back during the wild and woolly days of that campaign, according to a Friday press release from the “Justice” Department, Mackey, under the name Ricky Vaughn, “established an audience on Twitter with approximately 58,000 followers. A February 2016 analysis by the MIT Media Lab ranked Mackey as the 107th most important influencer of the then-upcoming Presidential Election.” The Justice for Democrats Department didn’t bother to explain exactly what it means to have held a position so illustrious as that of the 107th most important influencer of the 2016 presidential election. How did the DOJ go about determining this? Did it somehow discover that Mackey/Vaughn had induced a certain number of people to change their votes, but that 106 other people had gotten people to change more votes?

These are actually important questions because on Friday, Mackey was convicted “by a federal jury in Brooklyn of the charge of Conspiracy Against Rights stemming from his scheme to deprive individuals of their constitutional right to vote.” That’s what he faces ten years in prison for doing. Mackey’s “conspiracy” was really quite simple. While the language the Department Formerly Associated with Justice used sounds quite weighty and conjures up images of Mackey meeting in dark rooms with other sinister figures to plot ways to sabotage voting machines or prevent people from being able to enter polling places, what they’re really talking about is a meme.

One of the ten-years-in-the-slammer memes can be seen here. Vaughn tweeted a photo of what looked like a Hillary ad, but was actually a parody of a Hillary ad. The caption read: “Avoid the line. Vote from home. Text ‘Hillary’ to 59925. Vote for Hillary and be a part of history.” The Justice Unless You Support Trump Department explained that this was a heinous crime because “Mackey conspired with other influential Twitter users and with members of private online groups to use social media platforms, including Twitter, to disseminate fraudulent messages that encouraged supporters of presidential candidate Hillary Clinton to ‘vote’ via text message or social media which, in reality, was legally invalid.” Yeah, wow, doggonit, that sounds terrible. Thousands, maybe even millions, of people, must have been bamboozled by the 107th most important influencer of the then-upcoming Presidential Election to send in a text and think they had voted, right?

Wrong. The Justice Department, according to the Post Millennial, “was unable to provide evidence that anyone was deceived by the meme.” Not even a single person. What’s more, at least one memester on the other side did exactly the same thing, and was never arrested or tried and faces no prison time. On Nov. 8, 2016, which was election day, Kristina Wong tweeted a video of a Trump supporter with the caption: “Hey Trump Supporters! Skip poll lines at #Election2016 and TEXT in your vote! Text votes are legit. Or vote tomorrow on Super Wednesday!” Not only was Kristina Wong never prosecuted, but her tweet is still live. Yet she did exactly the same thing Douglass Mackey did. She just had the good sense to do it against Trump, rather than against Hillary.

Related: Whatever Happened to the Dems Saying That ‘Lock Her Up’ Chants were ‘Banana Republic Stuff’?

The rotten, corrupt, politicized remains of the Justice Department, however, were full to the brim of their own righteousness on Friday. U.S. Attorney Breon Peace proclaimed, “Mackey has been found guilty by a jury of his peers of attempting to deprive individuals from exercising their sacred right to vote for the candidate of their choice in the 2016 Presidential Election.” The contemporary American Left, one of the most impious and God-hating political movements in the history of the world, loves to affect piety at times like this, but Peace’s statement was a particularly nauseating example of this phenomenon. The right to vote is “sacred”? No, Peace. I’m all for voting in free, fair, unrigged elections, but be serious: the right to vote is not held as sacred in any religious tradition on the face of the earth. What you’re actually saying is that your corrupt and self-serving system is part of your secular religion, and that Mackey is a heretic from that religion; he has been duly found guilty and will be burned at the stake.

And this is just day one. Imagine what America will be like once the banana republic has been fully in power for a few years.

Watchdog Accuses Democrat Rep. Ilhan Omar of Potentially Abusing Official Resources

An ethics watchdog is asking the Office of Congressional Ethics (OCE) to investigate Rep. Ilhan Omar (D-MN) for potentially violating federal law and House ethics rules by abusing official resources for political purposes.

The Foundation for Accountability and Civic Trust (FACT) filed an ethics complaint with the ethics office, asking for an investigation into Omar’s use of the Chinese social media app TikTok to determine if her account violates House rules and abused official resources for political purposes.

The popular Chinese social media app, owned by Beijing-based ByteDance Ltd, has been banned on United States government devices — when a provision was added to the $1.7 trillion omnibus spending bill President Joe Biden signed into law — for being a potential national security problem. And lawmakers are looking to ban TikTok entirely in the United States over many significant concerns over the app’s ability.

FACT noted that despite warnings not to use TikTok over the risk of the Chinese government being able to see data, Omar has allegedly been using the same TikTok account for both official House and political purposes, which would be a violation of House Ethics rules.

The complaint explained some of the content seen on the congresswoman’s account, where she is described as the“Congresswoman for #MN05”:

She has made overtly political posts, including a video of her urging viewers to support Democrat candidates, a message to Democrats volunteering for campaigns, and several videos of her campaigning and attending campaign events. Along with this political content, she has also made posts that used official government resources, including C-SPAN footage from the House floor, what appears to be a cell phone video recorded on the House floor, and an interview from what appears to be in her House office. [Emphasis added.]

FACT explained the Federal laws and House ethics rules that require there to be a strict divide between campaign and official acts, such as members being “prohibited from using official resources for campaign purposes” and members being “prohibited from using campaign funds for official purposes.”

Due to these rules, FACT noted that the TikTok account abuses government resources because there is official and political content posted, in addition to official video recorded on the House floor, which the watchdog says could be another violation of the ethics rules.

“These violations are disturbing and clearly not how members are supposed to be using official resources,” said FACT Executive Director Kendra Arnold. “The law is abundantly clear, and her account and the content posted speak for themselves. These rules are to protect the time, resources, and integrity of official proceedings for those in elected office.”
