The Supreme Court just ruled in favor of President Trump ending Temporary Protected Status for both Syrian and Haitian nationals.
In short, neither Syrian and Haitian nationals are “entitled to orders postponing the terminations during litigation” because “The TPS statute bars judicial review of non-constitutional claims.”
