A federal judge is once again rejecting the Trump-picked leaders of the US attorney’s office in New Jersey because the Senate hasn’t confirmed someone to serve in that position.
It started with Alina Habba, who had to be removed. Now this Obama judge is removing the current leadership that Trump chose to replace her while he waits on the Senate to get over their antiquated traditions and confirm someone.

BREAKING: Judge Brann has ejected the new leaders of the NJ U.S. attorney’s office, once again finding the Trump administration is illegally attempting to circumvent Senate confirmation.He says this could result in dismissals of indictments.
Brann says the administration’s refusal to use some of the undisputedly legal ways to staff the NJ office could result in “scores of dangerous criminals” having their cases dismissed, but that it comes down to Trump simply not wanting to be countermanded.
I know Trump simply doesn’t want someone running the office that he hasn’t chosen to run it, because that is his privilege. This isn’t about being ‘countermanded’, as this activist judge suggests, but rather about keeping leftists and the swamp creatures from running the office and ruining good people’s lives.
