States must also audit existing voter rolls using free access to DHS and Social Security databases to identify and remove non-citizens. Election officials who register illegals face penalties, and citizens gain stronger legal tools to sue for enforcement.This is not "suppression"—it's basic sovereignty. Polls show massive support: 70-80% of Americans, including majorities of Democrats and independents, want proof of citizenship to vote.
