The Census Bureau admitted they got it wrong in 2020. But it’s even worse than a miscount.
States were intentionally over and under counted, costing citizens seats in Congress and Electoral College votes. The Census Bureau used a secretive algorithm that only a handful of bureaucrats have access to called differential privacy to scramble block-level data, hide citizenship status, and shift political power to non-citizens.
What was the result? Stolen representation, inaccurate districting, and misallocated funding. This is a CLEAR constitutional violation.
Scrambling citizenship data undermines the purpose of the Census: to count people accurately so representation is based on citizens, not inflated counts for political gain.
