MAJOR BREAKING UPDATE: LETITIA JAMES INDICTED BY FEDERAL GRAND JURY IN EASTERN DISTRICT OF VIRGINIA – ONE COUNT OF BANK FRAUD

UPDATE: Letitia James has been indicted by a federal grand jury in the Eastern District of Virginia.

Letitia James was indicted on one count of bank fraud.

According to Fox News, a federal grand jury is currently meeting in the Eastern District of Virginia (EDVA) to consider charges against corrupt New York Attorney General Letitia James amid allegations of mortgage fraud.

Late last month, it was reported that Letitia James was expected to be indicted “in the coming days.” However, a senior prosecutor in the EDVA was refusing to bring charges.

According to MSNBC’s Ken Dilanian, the grand jury is expected to decide at any time whether to return an indictment against Letitia James.

Special Prosecutor Ed Martin has been investigating Letitia James since August, while Lindsey Halligan was appointed as prosecutor in the Eastern District of Virginia.
