Attorney General Pam Bondi has dismissed the case against Dr. Kirk Moore, a Utah doctor accused of destroying “thousands” of COVID-19 jab vials and giving patients vaccine cards without taking the experimental injections.
Moore also allegedly injected saline into children whose parents wanted to avoid risking the horrific side effects of the experimental shot.
"At my direction @TheJusticeDept has dismissed charges against Dr. Kirk Moore," Bondi said.
"Dr. Moore gave his patients a choice when the federal government refused to do so. He did not deserve the years in prison he was facing. It ends today," she added.
"This would not have been possible without @RepMTG who brought this case to my attention. She has been a warrior for Dr. Moore and for ending the weaponization of government," Bondi said in another post.
"I’d also like to thank @SenMikeLee who has been a champion for advocating to end the weaponization of government, including to Dr. Moore," she added.

"Thankfully, as soon as I told Pam Bondi about Dr. Moore’s case she swiftly moved to drop the charges against him. This is a big win!" she added.
Moore and other defendants faced up to 35 years in prison after being charged with conspiracy to defraud the government, conspiracy to convert, sell, convey and dispose of government property, and aiding and abetting in those efforts.
The charges were brought against the defendants under the Biden administration.

A federal grand jury on Jan. 11, 2023, returned an indictment against Moore, his Plastic Surgery Institute of Utah Inc., others associated with the clinic and a neighbor of Moore’s. The indictment alleged more than $28,000 of government-provided COVID-19 vaccine doses were destroyed.
They were also accused of providing fraudulently completed vaccination record cards for over 1,900 doses of the vaccine in exchange for either a cash or a donation to a specified charitable organization.
The government also alleged some children were given saline shots, at their parents’ request, so the minors believed they were getting the vaccine.
Health Secretary Robert Kennedy Jr., a leading anti-vaccine activist before becoming the nation’s top health official, posted his support for Moore in April, saying on X that Moore “deserves a medal for his courage and his commitment to healing!”

My father faced 35 years in prison for doing the right thing for his patients and for the world. He stood up against government tyranny and never stood down. Many took a knee, silenced themselves, waved the white flag for surrender, but this doctor said NO and stood up to the world. This should send a message not to just the doctors who stayed silent but it should send a message to the ENTIRE world!" Michael Moore, Dr. Kirk Moore's son, said.

Moore spoke at a press conference hosted by 'Died Suddenly.'
"HUGE! Thank you to AG Pam Bondi for making the right decision. All charges against Dr. Moore, who provided vaccine cards to the unvaccinated so that they wouldn’t lose their livelihoods, is a hero- not a criminal. This is what justice looks like," Died Suddenly wrote.
"I just talked with Dr. Kirk Moore, and his fiance Alayna, they are elated! They can now get married and he gets his passport back. No more court, no more prosecution, its completely over. The prosecutors just called his attorney and informed them. This may be the first time in history that the DOJ has dropped this high of a profile of a case mid trial. Thank you @AGPamBondi for doing the right thing, and keeping this family together and dropping this needless persecution," Died Suddenly added.

The attorneys said Moore had been living under a "cloud of federal investigation" and maintained his innocence the whole time.
"During this past week, during trial, we were finally able to begin presenting the full truth of this case in open court. We were confident that the facts – and the jury – would speak clearly in their favor," the statement continues.
The decision for the attorney general to dismiss charges before the trial even ends "reflects what the evidence has shown all along: that our clients did not commit a crime," Moore's attorneys said.
"They honored the personal medical choices of their patients. They never received a dollar in return. And no unexpired vaccines were ever destroyed," the statement concluded.
