Former Univision anchor stuns Ben Ferguson, claims coming into US illegally is not a crime

A former Univision anchor actually claimed that coming into the United States illegally is not a crime, adding that it only becomes a crime if you are deported and then reenter the US illegally.

Ben Ferguson could not contain himself, interrupting her multiple times to point out her lies.

How was this woman ever in the news business? She calls it a ‘misdemeanor’ and says it is not a crime. Um, last I checked, a misdemeanor is absolutely a crime. In fact even Google’s AI is clear about this:

“Yes, illegally crossing the U.S. border is a federal crime. It’s a violation of 8 U.S.C. § 1325, which makes it illegal to enter the United States unlawfully. Penalties for this crime can include fines, imprisonment, and a bar on re-entry to the United States.

This same liar also defended the rioting in Los Angeles, suggesting it’s justified because these deportations are ‘personal’ or something.
