The Trump administration just sued Orange County, California “for refusing to hand over records showing that non-citizens are registered to vote and received ballots in federal elections.”
Assistant AG for Civil Rights, Harmeet Dhillon, writes “Allowing non-citizens to vote in elections is a violation of the American people’s right to determine their future. California is learning the hard way that the Justice Department will always fight for American citizens to vote fairly and freely!”
