The US Court of Appeals for DC has just ruled that President Trump can ban Associated Press reporters from the Oval Office in a 2-1 ruling.

The two judges in this ruling were both appointed by President Trump, ruling that Trump will likely succeed on the merits of the case because access to the Oval Office has nothing to do with the First Amendment.
