A Republican from Georgia has just introduced a resolution to punish the three Democrats who were involved in the altercation at the ICE detention facility in Newark, New Jersey.
Specifically, Rep. Buddy Carter wants these three Democrats kicked off their committee assignments.

This is the least that should be done and, honestly, it’s better than a censure because it actually does something somewhat significant. I’d really rather them be kicked out of Congress, but I won’t hold my breath on that one. So yeah, I’d take this if Republicans can only deliver on it.
