The DC Circuit just gave President Trump a big victory after a lower court blocked his ability to fire the head of the Merit Systems Protection Board, a Joe Biden appointee.
Both the Reagan and Trump appointees agreed to issue a stay on the lower court ruling, while the Obama appointee dissented.
This ruling clears the way for President Trump to fire members of the National Labor Relations Board and the Merit Systems Protection Board.
Big win, but not shocking since we are talking about political appointees.
