Federal Worker Reveals 19-21-Year-Old DOGE Team Members Conduct 15-Minute Job Justification Interviews with Grown-Up Employees Before Deciding Whether They Should Be Fired

An unnamed federal worker whined about the fresh approach brought by young, dynamic DOGE team members

Elon Musk’s innovative Department of Government Efficiency (DOGE) has introduced a bold and necessary strategy to streamline federal agencies.

An unnamed federal worker, one of the many leftists upset by the shakeup, recently spoke at a town hall in Leesburg, Virginia, organized by Rep. Suhas Subramanyam (D-VA) on Monday night, revealing a process that’s nothing short of revolutionary.

According to the disgruntled worker, 19- to 21-year-old college graduates from DOGE are conducting 15-minute interviews with grown-up federal employees, forcing them to “justify their existence” within the agency before determining if they should be fired.

An unnamed worker complains that 19 to 21-year-olds from the DOGE team are demanding employees prove their worth

“I was nervous and reticent to come up here and speak just for retaliation. I just wanted to share some things that are going on at my agency,” said the anonymous government worker.

“I just wanted to share some things that are going on at my agency. In the last week, we had Elon Musk in our building, and after he visited the building, he called for a 50% cut of the entire agency. My colleagues are getting 15-minute one-on-one check-ins with 19, 20, and 21-year-old college graduates asking to justify their existence,” he added.

Good. It’s about time someone asked these federal employees to actually justify their existence beyond shuffling papers and attending pointless meetings. Taxpayers deserve to know their hard-earned dollars aren’t funding redundant roles and bureaucratic bloat.

The crybaby federal worker went on to say that agency supervisors were provided with a “justification form” and instructed to remain completely silent about the situation with their staff.

“Supervisors are being told not to tell their staff anything, withhold information. Today, we’ve got word that supervisors must now fill out a justification form and that there’s going to be just a 30% rank and yank with all staff in my agency.”

The anonymous speaker also whines about Musk’s lieutenant allegedly living in the agency.

“To top it all off, one of Musk’s top lieutenants and his wife and young child have shacked up on the sixth floor of our agency, and now we’re living there. The hallway has been blocked off for the special access list for people who can’t get back there,” he said.

It’s unclear which agency this leftist worker is referring to, but The Gateway Pundit previously reported that Elon Musk’s team had locked government employees out of Office of Personnel Management (OPM) computer systems, citing a Reuters report.

According to ReutersMusk DOGE employees took control of the OPM on January 20, the day President Trump took office.

Sources within OPM revealed that the team moved sofa beds onto the fifth floor—where the director’s office is located and accessible only with a security badge or escort—allowing them to work around the clock.

Additionally, the new appointees have reportedly reassigned OPM’s chief management officer, Katie Malague, moving her out of her office to a different floor.

But of course, the liberal narrative has to twist the DOGE takeover into something sinister, with claims of doxxing and threats to queer and transgender employees.

“Queer and trans folks of my agency are being doxxed in the public. Their lives are threatened,” said the federal worker.

It’s time to applaud Elon Musk and his DOGE team for having the guts to do what’s necessary. Streamlining government, ensuring efficiency, and cutting the dead weight isn’t just good policy; it’s patriotic.
