President Joe Biden’s former “climate czar” John Kerry has made a chilling demand to force the general public into complying with the globalist green agenda.
Kerry is demanding that a “climate emergency” be declared in order to “get people to behave.”
According to Kerry, the public must “behave” by complying with the “climate change” narratives promoted by himself and his allies in the unelected United Nations (UN) and World Economic Forum (WEF).
Kerry, who stepped down as Special Presidential Envoy for Climate in March to work on Biden’s doomed re-election campaign, is listed as an “agenda contributor” at the WEF.
He was also one of the architects of the UN’s Paris Climate Agreement.
Kerry made the call for a “climate emergency” declaration during a recent John F. Kennedy Jr. Forum.
He spoke at the event after the 29th UN Climate Change Conference (COP29) concluded last week.
“I think, personally, we’re on the brink of needing to declare a climate emergency, which is what we really have,” Kerry said.
“And we need to get people to behave as if this really is a major transitional challenge to the whole planet, to everybody.”
Kerry said that it was America’s responsibility to pay for energy infrastructure in Africa because the U.S. is the world’s leading economy.
“People in Africa who don’t have electricity need to choose the right kind of electricity and we need to help them be able to afford it and do it,” he said.
“We have the largest economy in the world — $24 trillion or $23 trillion economy, maybe more by now.”
“The next closest is China at about $18 trillion,” he continued.
“And, the next closest to the two of us — Germany and Japan at $4 trillion.
“That’s how far it drops down.
“You don’t think we have some sort of obligation out of that to be responsible?
“I think we do.”
Kerry warned that the U.S. government needs “to make it happen” because “nobody lives as an island in this process, on this planet.”
“And no one country has enough money to deal with the climate crisis,” he said.
“The economics of climate work favors people who are feeling the pinch of inflation,” Kerry claimed.

Meanwhile, foreign bureaucrats and unelected globalists are demanding that governments around the world begin rolling out the UN’s global “climate tax” before Trump is sworn back into power in January, as Slay News reported.
The UN’s plan involves funneling billions of dollars in taxpayer money from member nations, including the United States, to third-world countries.
Under the plan, tax dollars will supposedly be used to “fight climate change” in the developing world.
However, experts warn that very little of the funds would actually reach third-world countries if any at all.
According to the Financial Times, globalists expressed urgency to usher in the plan ahead of Trump’s return to the White House.
During Trump’s first term in the White House, he made several moves that enraged the Democrats and foreign globalists.
One of those moves was withdrawing America from the Paris Agreement, a taxpayer-funded globalist pact on “climate change.”
The agreement forces nations to comply with the “Net Zero” goals of the UN and WEF while making citizens pay for the globalist green agenda with tax dollars.
Not surprisingly, Biden and Vice President Kamala Harris entered the United States back into the pact after the 2020 election.
However, Trump is ready to pull us out of it once again, according to reports.
In addition to a long list of Day One actions Trump and his cabinet will take, his transition team is already preparing the appropriate executive orders to withdraw the United States from the pact.
