A man allegedly bypassed TSA Security and attempted to enter the cockpit of an Alaska Airlines flight in Montana last week, injuring three people in the process.
Justin Seymour, 34, entered the Missoula Airport and breached the TSA security line, causing officers to chase Seymour as he sprinted toward the boarding gates, court documents said, KGVO reported.
Alaska Airlines Flight 697 had just taxied in and was deplaning at gate A1. A Horizon employee attempted to stop Seymour but he allegedly pushed her to the ground and boarded the plane. (RELATED: Plane Forced To Land After Mouse Crawls Out Of Passenger’s Meal)

Seymour allegedly pushed a flight attendant against the cockpit’s door and tried to enter, the outlet reported. Another flight attendant tried to prevent Seymour from entering the cockpit by rotating the deadbolt on the door, the documents said.
Seymour allegedly smashed the attendant’s hand and fingers between the door and its fixture, KGVO reported.
When law enforcement boarded the aircraft, Seymour was allegedly shouting that he needed to travel to Estonia. “I ran through,” Seymour allegedly said in answer to how he bypassed security, KGVO reported.
“It seems easy enough to learn,” Seymour stated when he was asked if he understood how to operate the aircraft, the documents said.
Seymour was arrested and taken to the Missoula County Detention Facility where he is being held with a $500,000 bond, according to the outlet. He faces charges of felony aggravated burglary and felony robbery. (RELATED: Shocking Video Shows Boeing Plane’s Fiery Landing After Gear Failure)
