A expert on Parkinson’s disease told NBC News that Joe Biden absolutely has the disease and that he could have diagnosed him from “across the mall”.

Dr. Tom Pitts tells NBC News that Biden has classic features of neurodegeneration, saying he has ‘word-finding difficulties’ that have nothing to do with stuttering.
Pitts says Biden has the classic rigidity of movement symptoms, noting his loss of arm swings and how he moves in a rigid and slow way.
He also notes that Biden’s low voice, like we saw in the debate, and how it’s become more small and monotone is yet a another hallmark of Parkinson’s.
