As Scotland’s odious hate speech law comes into force, innumerable people are fighting back by reporting First Minister Humza Yousaf to the police for his infamous anti-white rant.
The Hate Crime and Public Order (Scotland) Act 2021 created a new crime of “stirring up hatred” relating to age, disability, religion, sexual orientation, transgender identity or being intersex.
Even speech deemed merely to be “insulting” towards such groups could be punished by up to seven years in prison.
With confusion over whether the law will be applied retrospectively, multiple people are reporting Yousaf, who campaigned for the bill to be passed, to the authorities.
Yousaf made a speech in front of the Scottish Parliament on the 11th of June 2020 bemoaning the number of white people who held important roles in Scotland, despite the country being 96% white.
Well, that’s insulting. Report him!
And many people have, using online forms and by calling the non-emergency 101 number.
According to Wings Over Scotland, by 8am this morning, one division had received a dozen reports complaining about the speech.
Given that police have said they will investigate every report – while acknowledging it will prevent them from tackling real crime – Humza Yousaf must now presumably be under investigation.
Scottish Labour Leader Anas Sarwar is also reportedly being reported for making similar anti-white comments.
This is hilarious.
As we highlighted earlier, transgender activists are hoping author JK Rowling, who lives in Scotland, will be arrested for “misgendering” trans people.
Rowling responded earlier by daring the police to arrest her and posting numerous examples of biological men, many of them sex offenders, who are claiming to be women.
