In footage initially published by Gateway Pundit, documentary filmmaker Alexandra Pelosi can be seen engaged in a recorded meeting in January 2022 with a defendant linked to the events of January 6th. The Daily Caller has identified the defendant as Gabriel Garcia, a former member of the Proud Boys, and has reached out to his defense attorney, Aubrey Webb.
During the meeting, Pelosi discussed the events that transpired on January 6th and the ongoing legal proceedings involving individuals who participated in those events.
The video clip, obtained by Retired Cpt. Gabriel Garcia, shows Pelosi’s daughter Alexandra responding to questions about the January 6 event. When confronted with the argument the J6 prisoners can’t get a fair trial because distorted coverage is shown on local media every day, she explained the issues at stake.
“Well, the reason, see, I think time is going to remember January 6th differently,” she said. “Right now – people are still… there’s two things media needs stuff to fill. I mean, if you watch TV on January 6th, it was like January 6th, 24/7. As time goes on… it’s going to be less. And as, so I think also people are going to lose their office, their jobs, the people that were there are going to lose their jobs. It’s not going to mean anything if you weren’t even there.”
Now, comes the critical admission: There really was no coordinated plan to overturn the 2020 election on January 6. Therefore, there could be no conspiracy implicating Donald Trump, who explicitly told protesters to be “peaceful.”
“Listen… I know you’re not the bad guy,” Pelosi went on. “I mean, if there is, I haven’t found the bad guy yet. But if there is I know you not. Well, the guy, I mean he’s like a stereotypical bad guy,” she said, seeming to refer to Donald Trump.
“But the thing why I asked you the question of like, so what was the plan?” she asked. “If there was an insurrection, you were supposed to be in line marching. You’re in the military, you know this, right?”
“No, you were supposed to have a plan,” she added.
“Exactly,” her interlocutor agreed. “It’s called the operations over. You sit down overnight with your soldiers. You go over, alright, you’re going to go here, you’re going to go in by this side at this time. We’re going to take over this. There was none of that.”
“If it was an insurrection, it is the sorriest one in the 21st century ever,” another added. “No guns, no land. People taking selfies. A guy smoking pot…”
In another part of the clip, Pelosi discusses the injustice done to Jake Angeli, who is described in the media as the “Q Anon Shaman, ” who was sentenced to 41 months in prison for his role in the riot.
“What did the shaman do? He stood there…. the shaman got how many months, 41, compared to 8… and I think the government… they’re going to get bigger,” Pelosi said about three minutes into the meeting.
“After the Democrats lose the House and then they get rid of the [Jan. 6] committee, people may lose interest. The first trials are going to get a lot of attention… no one’s going to care after the Democrats get out of power,” Pelosi continued. “And then take Biden out of office, then who cares? If you drag it out long enough, I wouldn’t go first for a trial, because D.C. has a lot of people who work for the government… if you got it moved you’d totally get off.”
In reaction the impending grand jury indictment of Donald Trump, Rogan O’Handley remarked on the video.
“Undercover video of Pelosi’s daughter Alexandra discussing J6 where they discuss: -J6ers can’t get fair trial in DC -Media overhyped it – ‘no guns, no plans…just people taking selfies’ -No insurrection,” he said. “They already know Trump won’t get a fair trial.”
Donald Trump was impeached over his handling of the January 6 riots, but was acquitted after a trial in the U.S. Senate. The grand jury trial’s possible indictment of Trump would ostensibly violate sovereign immunity, since he was impeached over the incident and acquitted after a Senate trial.
The news comes as an appeal has been filed in the U.S. Supreme Court that could impact “hundreds” of January 6 trial cases, including the grand jury trial and any indictment of Donald Trump.
