Gavin Newsom is too concerned with raising his national profile to do anything about it.

And Newsom was furious at a Republican lawmaker who told the truth about one unthinkable policy.

The radicals are in full control of the steering wheel in California.

Democrats have a supermajority in the state legislature, and wildly radical policies are getting rubber-stamped and signed into law by Governor Gavin Newsom.

And AB 957 is currently making its way through the legislative process.

The bill states that if parents are embroiled in a custody dispute and there is an argument over the child’s gender identity, then the parent who affirms the child’s new identity will effectively get custody.

In other words, if a biological boy says he’s a girl, AB 957 would deem it legally “harmful” to treat the boy as an actual boy.

This radical assault on normalcy pushed Republican State Senator Scott Wilk to the brink.

During a hearing, he told parents to “flee” the state of California before it’s too late.

Wilk said, “I’m now in year 11 in the state legislature, and all the time we’re proposing policies to protect children. After 11 years, I’ve come to the conclusion that we need to start protecting parents…In recent years, we have put government bureaucrats between parents, children, and doctors when it comes to medical care—and now we have [AB 957] where if a parent does not support the ideology of the government, [children are] going to be taken away from the home…In the past when we’ve had these discussions and I’ve seen parental rights atrophied—I’ve encouraged people to keep fighting. I’ve changed my mind on that. If you love your children, you need to flee California. You need to flee.”

Cali State Senator is moving to America 

Democrats have gone too far when elected representatives are literally telling their own constituents to get out of Dodge.

Wilk added, “I’m not gonna stay in this state because it’s just too oppressive, and I believe in freedom. And so I’m gonna move to America when I leave the legislature.”

The radicals do not speak for the average Californian, but they systematically took over positions of influence, and they’re cramming down their insane worldview by force.

Residents, businesses, and now elected officials are fleeing the People’s Republic of California while they still can.
