Sex Harassment Suit Filed Against Rudy Giuliani — Graphic Details

A former associate is suing Rudy Giuliani for sexual assault and harassment, wage theft, and other misconduct, accusing the former mayor of making “sexual demands” and going on “alcohol-drenched rants, many of which were recorded.

Noelle Dunphy said in the lawsuit that she was Giuliani’s business development director and public relations consultant from 2019 to 2021. She initially made her allegations public in January, but she detailed her claims further in a 70-page legal complaint filed Monday in New York.

The new court filing portrays Giuliani, 78, as a hard-drinking, Viagra-popping womanizer who made satisfying his sexual demands “an absolute requirement of her employment.” She is seeking at least $10 million.

“He made clear that satisfying his sexual demands-which came virtually anytime, anywhere-was an absolute requirement of her employment and of his legal representation,” the lawsuit said.

According to Dunphy, Giuliani promised her a $1 million annual salary but the offer came with a catch: Giuliani was in the midst of an acrimonious divorce, and he told Ms. Dunphy that her pay would have to be deferred and her employment kept “secret” until the divorce proceedings finished. He claimed that his “crazy” ex-wife and her lawyers were watching his cashflow, and that his ex-wife would “attack” and “retaliate” against any female employee that Giuliani hired, the lawsuit said.

Part of the job required Dunphy to record her interactions with Giuliani “anytime, anywhere, as well as Giuliani’s interactions with others,” the lawsuit said.

“But unbeknownst to Ms. Dunphy, Giuliani apparently decided during the interview that he would use the job offer and his representation as a pretext to develop a quid pro quo sexual relationship with Ms. Dunphy. He was later recorded telling Ms. Dunphy, ‘I’ve wanted you from the day I interviewed you,'” the lawsuit said.

According to the lawsuit, a week into her employment, Giuliani had Dunphy flown to New York on a chartered plane and insisted she stay in a guest suite in his upper east side apartment. The two drank and at one point “Giuliani then pulled her head onto his penis, without asking for or obtaining any form of consent. He held her by her hair. It became clear to Ms. Dunphy that there was no way out of giving him oral sex. She did so, against her will.”

Giuliani often demanded that Dunphy work naked, in a bikini, or in short shorts with an American flag on them that he bought for her, the lawsuit said.

“When they were apart, they would often work remotely via videoconference, and during those conferences Giuliani almost always asked her to remove her clothes on camera. He often called from his bed, where he was visibly touching himself under a white sheet,” the lawsuit said.

Dunphy also alleges in her suit that Giuliani talked about presidential pardons. She said Giuliani claimed to have “immunity” and told “her that he was selling pardons for $2 million, which he and President Trump would split.” The lawsuit did not suggest any pardons were sold.

Justin Kelton, Dunphy’s attorney, said on MSNBC that there is not a recording of the pardon conversation. “We do expect that it will be corroborated in other ways.” He noted that the complaint alleges that another person was present for that conversation — who Kelton said was Lev Parnas, a Giuliani associate — and that Dunphy’s attorneys would like to speak to Parnas about it.

According to the allegations, Giuliani provided Dunphy with access to all his emails, allegedly so she could monitor them on his behalf, as he didn’t have the time to read them all. The vast collection of emails, numbering around 23,000, was transferred from Giuliani’s account to her computer.

This collection is alleged to contain communication threads from Donald Trump, his children Donald Trump Jr., Ivanka Trump, and Eric Trump, as well as others from within the close Trump circle, such as Steve Bannon and the White House Chief of Staff.

Many of the emails are marked as confidential or not for distribution or disclosure. Dunphy’s attorney suggests that the contents of the emails may become relevant as the case proceeds towards trial, hinting at potential revelations about the activities and communications within the Trump circle.

The legal team representing Dunphy has reportedly reviewed almost all of the emails, and while the specific contents remain undisclosed as of now, they are expected to come to light during the discovery process in the lawsuit.

Giuliani reached a divorce settlement in December 2019, but Dunphy said all she got from Giuliani were a few cash payments totaling $12,000 to cover living expenses. He still owes her $1,988,000, she said.

A spokesperson released a statement on Giuliani’s behalf that said, “Giuliani vehemently and completely denies the allegations in the complaint and plans to thoroughly defend against these allegations. This is pure harassment and an attempt at extortion.”
