You’d think that Twitter employees would watch what they tweet after Elon Musk fired an employee who was essentially trash-talking him on Twitter. Musk isn’t kidding around: He wants you in the office and expects you to bring your own lunch if you don’t want to buy lunch at the cafeteria.
This former engineer at Twitter had a message for Tweeps that hadn’t been cut: #Resist.
One hour later …
We just saw a clip of Elon Musk saying that an average of 10 percent of employees would come into the office, with a peak of 25 percent. And there was no need to serve dinner in the cafeteria because everyone that was there had gone home.
Declaring that it is your moral duty to disobey, protest, and strike? Because the company is trying to make money? Because they shut off the red wine on tap? What “moral duty” did you have at Twitter before Musk took over?
