Not only is he a walking, talking gaffe machine – but his policies often leave people scratching their heads.
Joe Biden outdid himself this time with the dumbest ambassador appointment you’ve ever heard of.
Who is Monica Medina?
Think hard, scour your brain, go into the darkest recesses of your mind, and see if you can recall the name, Monica Medina.
On second thought, save the time – you can’t.
Medina is an attorney and wife of President Joe Biden’s White House Chief of Staff Ron Klain.
And thanks to the 46th President of the United States, she’s now the U.S. Ambassador to International Animals and Plants.
Someone has to make sure America has strong diplomatic relations with kangaroos and orchids – and that person is going to be Biden’s top aide’s wife.
Meet your new Ambassador to International Animals and Plants
The official title is U.S. Special Envoy for Biodiversity and Water Resources.
According to a release from Biden’s State Department, Medina will serve as a “special diplomat overseeing international animal and plant habitats.”
Before this promotion, Medina already served in the State Department – hello nepotism – as the Assistant Secretary of State for Oceans and International Environmental and Scientific Affairs.
Good luck fitting all that in bold print on a business card.
So, what will Ambassador Medina be doing with her time?
“Special Envoy Medina will coordinate an all-of-government effort to address these crises (loss of Biodiversity and water security) comprehensively – leveraging talent and expertise in the Bureau of Oceans and International Environmental and Scientific Affairs with resources from across federal government departments and agencies,” the State Department statement reads.
It’s good to see Biden’s promise to have the most inclusive and diverse administration in U.S. Presidential history doesn’t stop at race, sexual preference and pronouns – but also includes Biodiversity.

And the creation of this position will win points for the sitting President with more than just his Chief of Staff – climate alarmists will love it too.
“ . . . environmental stressors, like the climate crisis, nature crime – including illegal logging, mining, land conversion, and wildlife trafficking – have deep and detrimental impacts on the biodiversity of our planet and the availability of clean and safe water for human use,” the statement reads. “The two crises are inextricably linked, and the State Department and Special Envoy Medina are committed to addressing the crises holistically.”
Well good, when you’re looking for a solution for the “climate crisis” (formerly climate change, formerly global warming, formerly global cooling) and diversity, you want it to be a “holistic” one – that way you can have all your buzz words in one release.
We can all also rest easy knowing Medina will represent America in global climate conferences, like the upcoming 2023 United Nations Water Conference.
There go the GOP chances this November!
