Biden is totally losing it.  He sat after a brief talk yesterday and looked lost (again) and creepy.  It was weird.

Joe Biden gave a talk yesterday regarding the price of meat.  As we reported he looked surprised at the topic.  Clearly, this guy has never led the current White House in any way.   Who is leading is the big question.

When asked a few questions after the brief event, Biden sat in silence and looked just plain creepy.
