Twitter Wouldn't Suspend Nation of Islam Over Antisemitism. Then It Went Too Far

Pathetic and predictable.

The Nation of Islam believes that white people were created by eugenics and are going to be destroyed by UFOs. It and its leadership are violently racist and antisemitic. Despite that the country's largest hate group has repeatedly met with members of Congress, including Barack Obama, when he was in the Senate, and its supporters and allies, like Tamika Mallory and Linda Sarsour, play a leading role on the Left.

Big Tech has also been fairly gentle with Farrakhan and the Nation of Islam. But then they went too far.

The Twitter account of the Nation of Islam – the religious movement led by controversial figure Louis Farrakhan, who has a history of promoting antisemitic conspiracy theories – was suspended.

The suspension, which allegedly took place on Tuesday, seems to have been over the account's criticism of mRNA vaccines, which are used by companies like Moderna and Pfizer to combat COVID-19, according to the Electronic Urban Report news outlet.

Apparently, the 'pot plot', in which the NOI claims there's a Jewish conspiracy to make black men gay using marijuana, is fine with Twitter.

Farrakhan's own Twitter account is still active complete with his speeches claiming that the UFOs are about to destroy America.

Big Tech is okay with racism and antisemitism from a leftist hate group, but there's such a thing as going too far.
