CNN Slaps Decency, Brings Back Jeffrey Toobin After Scandal Curtis Houck

In a move that showed CNN’s refusal to have anything close to admirable ethics, the Jeffrey Zucker-led network welcomed back chief legal analyst Jeffrey Toobin on Thursday after a seven-month absence following a Zoom call in which he pleasured himself in front of colleagues at The New Yorker.

Weekday afternoon CNN Newsroom co-host Alisyn Camerota was given the awkward task of interviewing Toobin and giving details to viewers about why he had been away from the network. “Help yourself,” said Toobin as he invited Camerota to share the unseemly details. Nicholas Fondacaro and I returned to discuss that NSFW happening as well as Univision’s terrible, horrible, no good, very bad week with Vice President Kamala Harris (which was a fantastic one for MRC Latino director Jorge Bonilla), the liberal media’s latest defense of anti-Semitic Congresswoman Ilhan Omar (D-MN), the latest work from MRC interns, and a whole lot more!
