Elise Stefanik Can't Even Go Grocery Shopping Without Facing Harassment

Congresswoman Elise Stefanik (R-NY) on Saturday received a disgusting note on her car while she and her husband went grocery shopping. "Rot in hell fascist pig," the note read.

Stefanik shared a picture of the note on Twitter and asked for her Democratic opponent, Tedra Cobb, to condemn the "sad hatred."

It is truly sad that the radical Far-Left cannot see beyond their vicious hate.

My husband and I went grocery shopping this morning before district events and enjoyed chatting with constituents throughout the store.

This vile anonymous note was left on our car.

Cobb replied, but instead of simply condemning what was said, she wanted Stefanik to agree to no "name-calling" throughout the course of the campaign.

The congresswoman fired back, saying there's a clear difference between calling Cobb "Taxin' Tedra" and Stefanik being called a "fascist pig." According to Stefanik, the nickname she's coined for Cobb is based on a "policy difference."

Here is my opponent equating “Taxin” with “ROT IN HELL FASCIST PIG”

The left would be outraged if this happened to one of their own. Every Democratic politician and member of the Democratic media complex would be demanding a Republican to condemn this kind of action. Not only is it rude but it's also scary. Clearly the person who left the note watched Stefanik, noticed what car was hers and waited for her and her husband to go into the store. That's a safety and security risk.

Of course, this will fly under the radar because it's happening to a conservative and not a Democrat. Just another example of the left's double standards.
