- 1package (12 ounces) refrigerated biscuit dough (junior-sized, 10 biscuits)
- 3/4pound ground beef
- 1medium onion, diced (about 1/2 cup)
- 2tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
- 1can (10 3/4 ounces) Campbell’s® Condensed Tomato Soup*
- 3/4cup shredded pepper Jack cheese (about 6 ounces
How to Make It
Step 1
Heat the oven to 350°F. Spray 12 (2 1/2-inch) muffin-pan cups with vegetable cooking spray.Step 2
Roll or pat the biscuits to flatten slightly. Press the biscuits into the bottoms and up the sides of the muffin-pan cups.Step 3
Cook the beef and onion in a 12-inch skillet over medium-high heat until the beef is well browned, stirring often to separate meat. Pour off any fat. Stir in the Worchestershire, soup and cheese and cook until the mixture is hot and bubbling, stirring occasionally. Spoon the beef mixture into the biscuit cups. *Do not add water to soup to keep it thick*.Step 4
Bake for 15 minutes or until the biscuits are golden brown. Let the minis cool in the pan on a wire rack for 5 minutes. A can of Sloppy Joe mix can be substituted for Campbell's condensed soup. - How easy is that folks? 🤗
- mushroom soup and its a delicious twist. I will do this again with tomato OR even try with some other protean or soup. Totally fun to make.
