(TNS) Under the guise of “protecting LGBTQ” individuals, a group of California Democrats has introduced legislation that would protect adult sexual offenders who prey upon minors. If you were wondering why we refer to Democrats as the Garbage Party, this is yet another of the many reasons.
State Senator Scott Wiener (D-San Francisco) and Assemblywoman Susan Eggman (D-Stockton) introduced recent legislation “to end blatant discrimination against LGBT young people regarding California’s sex offender registry.”
However, under their bill, SB 145, the offenders would not have to automatically register as sex offenders if the offenders are within 10 years of age of the minor.
“Currently, for consensual yet illegal sexual relations between a teenager age 15 and over and a partner within 10 years of age, ‘sexual intercourse’ (i.e., vaginal intercourse) does not require the offender to go onto the sex offender registry; rather, the judge decides based on the facts of the case whether sex offender registration is warranted or unwarranted. By contrast, for other forms of intercourse — specifically, oral and anal intercourse — sex offender registration is mandated under all situations, with no judicial discretion,” said Wiener (and of course, that would be his name).
“This bill would authorize a person convicted of certain offenses involving minors to seek discretionary relief from the duty to register if the person is not more than 10 years older than the minor,” SB 145 states.
Within 10 years of the age of the minor.
So…a 20-year-old man/woman can sexually abuse a 10-year-old child and get away with it because…’blatant discrimination against LGBT young people….’
These people are seriously disturbed.
Not only that, they are monumental hypocrites.
Because we’re betting that not a single one of these lunatics would be so forgiving of anyone — regardless of their sexual orientation — who targeted and then sexually abused their children.
But under the BS claim of “discrimination,” they think it should be okay for adults to abuse kids, sexually. Period. That’s all this legislation comes down to.
It’s not “discrimination” to arrest someone and charge them with sexually abusing a minor if in fact there is evidence of the crime. It’s not discriminatory to convict and sentence them. It’s not discriminatory to make them register as sex offenders, regardless of their sexual orientation.Unless, of course, you’re a lunatic pervert yourself and a Democrat.
It’s becoming obvious that the Garbage Party can do no wrong in California, no matter how corrupt, stupid, deranged, and sick they are, because voters continue to return them to power.
Piles of human waste on the streets? Bundles of used drug needles? Medieval diseases on the rise? Homeless camps along the boulevard? Perverted adults sexually abusing kids?
No problem.
