Saywhatever you want about Rep. Maxine Waters, D-Calif., she’s right about calling for President Donald Trump’s impeachment.
But in taking her so-called “victory lap” in the media, she slipped up and admitted what Democrats don’t want Americans to know.
House Speaker Nancy Pelosi, D-Calif., and her Democratic allies are still just mad about the 2016 presidential election.
And the impeachment inquiry is just about revenge.
Waters admitted it herself on television… without even realizing it.
“You obviously have been very out front on impeachment before this set of facts came to light…” host Chris Hayes told Waters.
“I started a long time ago right after the president was inaugurated,” she responded. “Talking about impeachment and saying that he was dishonorable. He was a con man. We could not trust him, and of course I was way ahead of all of this, and nobody really took me seriously.”
In other words, Waters was calling for impeachment right after President Donald Trump’s inauguration — three years before the controversial Ukrainian phone call.
Just because she doesn’t like him.
The cold hard truth is that Pelosi and the Democrats impeachment inquiry has nothing to do with the law. It’s another Democratic political stunt.
The liberal media’s “Trump Derangement Syndrome” is getting worse by the day.
And their Democratic allies can’t even keep their impeachment stories straight.
