Man Convicted of Raping 7-Year-Old Girl to Be Sent to Women’s Prison After Changing Pronouns to She/Her Thanks to AG Garland’s Policies

Robert William Perry

A convicted pedophile will be sent to a women’s prison after changing his pronouns to she/her.

Robert William Perry was sentenced to life in federal prison after being convicted for aggravated sexual abuse of a minor.

Perry sexually abused a 7-year-old girl for whom he was responsible, the DOJ said in a February press release on the sentencing.

The child sex abuse took place in 2017 and 2018.

“Perry sexually abused the minor from May 6, 2017, to May 15, 2018,. Prosecutors contended that Perry would coerce the young child into sex acts then “reward” her with candy, other items, and the opportunity to play video games in what the defendant termed as a “man cave,” a closet where Perry regularly played video games and watched pornography. Most of the abuse occurred in the closet while the child was in the defendant’s care.” the DOJ said.

Perry was finally arrested in 2018 after the 7-year-old victim told a friend at school about the sex abuse.

A teacher reported the sex abuse to the Oklahoma Department of Human Services after a conversation with the victim.

Perry was convicted in 2020, but the conviction was dismissed “because the state lacked jurisdiction to prosecute the case following the Supreme Court’s decision in McGirt v Oklahoma.” the DOJ said.

However, since Perry is a citizen of the Muscogee Nation and the child sex crimes occurred on the tribe’s reservation, the federal government prosecuted the case.

Perry changed his pronouns to she/her during February’s sentencing.

Under US Attorney General Merrick Garland’s policies, Perry will now be sent to a women’s prison.

Reduxx reported:

Perry was sentenced in February of 2023, and, shortly after, the U.S. Department of Justice amended their press release, noting that Perry now went by “she/her” pronouns. Previous releases had described Perry as a “man.”

Court documents reveal that Perry’s change in gender identity appears to have been declared around the same time he was being sentenced to life in prison for his crimes. A sentencing outcome signed by the judge in the case requested Perry be sent to a medium security facility in the Tulsa area with explicit provisions for “gender-care treatment programs.”

Other than the sentencing document, Perry’s gender identity was never mentioned during the trial.

Perry has been placed under the jurisdiction of the Bureau of Prisons due to the fact his crimes were committed on the Muscogee Nation reservation. Under current Bureau of Prisons guidelines, Perry would be able to request housing on the basis of his self-declared gender identity.

O’Keefe Media Group released insider footage of a Washington Corrections Center For Women inmate.

The footage shines light on male inmates inside the women’s prison claiming to be transgender.

“Rapists, murderers, child rapists, and men who have killed women in our rooms,” the insider said.

“I know there’s some having sex with women,” the inmate said.

“…Somehow in this institution, they are adopting ways to apply these so-called mandated laws, that came out of no where to prohibit segregation for certain individuals,” the inmate said. ” Usually sex offenders are not in general population…some of these men are not confused. They’re just manipulating the system.”

The inmate said the transgenders get special treatment.

ANOTHER Biden 'cover-up' cited in new online report

 Terrorists ALMOST made it into the U.S.

The Joe Biden administration has been accused of a long list of cover-ups, including the details of the Biden family's international business dealings, how the DOJ portrayed conservatives as domestic terrorists and details about Biden's own health and mental capabilities.

Now a website has been launched to inform the American public of just how close two Middle East "terrorists," both listed on the FBI Terrorism Watchlist, came to sneaking into the United States – and how the Biden administration has tried to hide that information.

It is the American Center for Law and Justice that has launched the Cover-Up site.

It provides details, including a timeline, about the threat from the terrorists and Biden's attempt to conceal that from the American public.

The Yemeni terrorists were apprehended in January and March 2021. A press released in April announced that fact.

Then, suddenly, a federal official openly questioned how that information was released, explaining it "should not have gone out."

The information then was withdrawn, and the ACLJ started its pursuit of the truth.

The ACLJ reported, "If you knew how shockingly unsecured the southern border has been, you might lose sleep. Maybe that’s why President Biden tried to cover it up."

The organization reported, at the time, "Two known terrorists were apprehended by our brave Border Patrol agents trying to cross into the U.S. from Mexico, but the press release about it has mysteriously vanished."

Its Freedom of Information Act request for details "finally" produced information.

"The Department of Homeland Security (DHS) sent us a treasure trove of records, and guess what? Our suspicions have been confirmed – Biden officials tried to hide the fact that these dangerous terrorists almost made it into our country."

Its new site, the ACLJ explains, "reveal[s] in black and white how Biden officials conspired to take down the press release and silence CBP from discussing the arrests."

It reports someone high in the Biden administration was "pretty upset that anyone's watchlist status was discussed."

"Why? Was the White House worried about hurting the terrorists’ feelings?" the report said.

"Could it be because the White House knows it’s their fault? Biden’s incompetence and arrogance nearly allowed these terrorists to enter our country and disappear. And if two terrorists got stopped, how many actually made it across? Remember, it only took some 19 terrorists to pull off the 9/11 attacks, which took thousands of innocent lives."

CCP-Tied Battery Plant Pushed By Democrats To Be Built Next To 3rd Largest Watershed In MI…Will Reportedly Consume Twice The Amount of Water Per Day As Major Water Bottling Plant

On April 20, the Democrat-controlled MI Senate Appropriations Committee approved a plan to take $175 million from MI taxpayers who are already struggling to get by in a crushing economy and give it to Gotion, a Chinese electric battery manufacturer, as an incentive for them to build a new plant in Big Rapids, MI.

On April 3, 100 Percent Fed Up shared a guest contribution by U.S. Ambassador Joseph Cella (2019-2021) and U.S. Ambassador Peter Hoekstra (2018-2021), who previously served as a U.S. Congressman from 1993 to 2011, and as U.S. House Intelligence Chair from 2001-2011, who warned of the dangers of allowing Gotion and other Chinese battery factories to be built in Michigan.

U.S. Ambassador Joseph Cella and U.S. Ambassador Peter Hoekstra

“In our service as ambassadors, we immediately faced how the People’s Republic of China (PRC) and the Chinese Communist Party (CCP) are grave national security threats to our allies and the U.S. Troublingly, in our home state of Michigan, we are seeing first-hand how the PRC and the CCP are penetrating our shores on a subnational level, beyond the eyes of the U.S. government, with the strong and active support of both Democrats and Republicans,” they wrote.

“How can Michigan politicians in Lansing be so far out of sync with our national security and intelligence officials in Washington? Republicans and Democrats are not only welcoming the presence of PRC-based companies with ties to the CCP into our state, but they are inducing these companies to come to Michigan with lucrative financial incentives!” the ambassadors asked.

The approval of funds for the controversial CCP-connected battery manufacturing company Gotion has been met with contempt by much of Green Twp. MI and the surrounding communities. In addition to opposing a Chinese company with sworn allegiance to the CCP, residents across Michigan are very concerned about the environmental impact on West Michigan residents.

Michigan’s radical Democrat Governor Gretchen Whitmer, who recently attended the WEF (World Economic Forum), calls the plan to build a Chinese factory in Michigan “the biggest ever economic development project in Northern Michigan” while ignoring the environmental impact or potential security risks for the community.

Gotion Inc., a subsidiary of Gotion High-Tech Co. Ltd., a Chinese-based EV battery manufacturer, is pushing to begin work this Summer on a 408-acre factory in Green Charter Township.

In an official statement, Gotion Global Vice President Chuck Thelen responded to the concerns of Michigan residents about the company’s ties to the CCP. In his statement, he reiterates that Gotion High Tech is a publicly traded international company with a diverse board of directors, including citizens from Germany, the USA, and China.

*The official statement from the company is that within the Gotion, Inc., North America organization – which is responsible for the Big Rapids plant ownership – “There is no CC (Chinese Communist Party) organizational influence. No person on the team is a CCP member. There is no CCP organizational influence.”

Gotion Global Vice President Chuck Thelen

However, in the ‘Articles of Association” of Gotion High-tech Co.Ltd., Chapter VI, Article 114, within those Articles is entitled “Party Committee,” which states:

*The Company set up the Gotion High-tech Co., Ltd. Committee of the Communist Party of China (“Party Committee”). The Party Committee shall have one secretary and several other members. In principle, the chairman and secretary of the Party Committee shall be the same person. Qualified members of the Party Committee may be elected to be members of the Board of Directors, the supervisory committee, or the senior management through legal procedures, and qualified members of the Board of Directors, the supervisory committee and the senior management may be elected to the Party Committee in accordance with relevant regulations and procedures.”

Finally, Article 115 states:

“THE PARTY COMMITTEE OF THE COMPANY SHALL PERFORM ITS DUTIES IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE CONSTITUTION OF THE COMMUNIST PARTY OF CHINA AND OTHER PARTY REGULATIONS.”

Hence, to say there is “no CCP (Chinese Communist Party) organizational influence is absurd.

In an informational meeting, Gotion Global Vice President Chuck Thelen also said the company has plans to draw 715,000 gallons of groundwater per day from a neighboring Big Rapids Charter Township well.

“I’ve heard dozens of speculation topics and scare tactics really designed to make people believe Gotion will destroy the environment. Nothing could be further from the truth,” Thelen said.

“Here’s one I like:  ‘We will pump all the water out of the water table. Suck the water, drying up the wells surrounding us. The truth is our water consumption will be roughly 715,000 gallons per day. That is 50 percent of the pump capacity that’s at the current (two) wells on the Big Rapids Township property,'” he said.

Unfortunately, these are only assumptions. Thelen said he “would assume” such a water draw “would be safe for the environment.” Apparently, Thelen is comfortable taking such liberties with other people’s environments. But would he take the risks if he did not personally benefit? Or, how about if the CCP-connected plant was in his backyard?

When Nestle opened Ice Mountain, a water bottling company only 15 miles from the proposed Gotion site, environmental groups rallied with locals in protest. Yet Gotion’s intended draw will be significantly higher. According to The Midwesterner, in 2018, Ice Mountain drew roughly 360,000 gallons per day and sought to increase that amount, a move environmentalists fought.

At that time, Michigan Citizens for Water Conservation President Peggy Case said that Ice Mountain’s draw had impacted the water table,

“Even at 150 gpm, even when [Nestle was] pumping that, we’ve already seen the effects—there’s dry headwaters, there’s little feeder streams that are dried out.”

Osceola township manager Tim Ladd agreed, “You don’t have to be a geologist or a hydrologist to see those water levels; the water lake tables are lower today than what they were two years ago.”

The Midwesterner noted that environmentalists have been silent every step of the way on the Gotion project. Some have even argued in favor of the battery plant, saying it will help promote “green” energy. It is abundantly clear that Democrats, who currently run all three branches of government in Michigan, only talk about the environment when it suits their political aspirations.

Thelen dodged concerns about the water consumption while pointing to the pump capacity instead, acting as if the enormous drain of water would have no impact on the water table. Thelen stands to profit off of the project and is not a credible voice, nor does he have the ability to address environmental hazards without implicit bias.

Thelen can be seen addressing the 715,000 gallons of groundwater per day Gotion will draw from the local community.

Another environmental concern is the site’s proximity to the Muskegon River—the proposed location borders two of the river’s tributaries. The Muskegon River is the third largest watershed in the state and flows through multiple counties bringing economic life to the towns it passes through. The site also borders four wells that provide the bulk of Big Rapids’ drinking water.

Residents of Green Charter Township have repeatedly asked for information that might put them at ease, such as a third-party environmental impact study or specifics on what Gotion’s plans are for shipping hazardous chemicals to the site and what processes will occur on site. But rather than provide practical information on Gotion’s plans, Chuck Thelen calls legitimate concerns “scare tactics” while dodging his responsibility to provide timely answers. Green Charter Township Supervisor Jim Chapman also prefers name-calling over fact-finding. Since he has forgotten that he was hired to work for his local community, not against it, residents have taken the first steps to recall him.

Watch this local resident speak out against the purchase of land in mid-Michigan by the Communist Party-owned battery plant:

The Muskegon River is the third largest watershed in the state, and the proposed building site is next to two of its tributaries. The site also borders four wells that provide the bulk of Big Rapids’ drinking water. Michigan had previously made national news over its Flint water crisis in 2014 and again in 2019 when high PFAS levels were found in Rockford, just north of Grand Rapids, Mi. Wolverine World Wide, the largest company in the community, poisoned the water. Almost 800 homes in 7 separate contamination zones found PFAS in their drinking water. Some have concentrations more than 10,000 times the amount considered to be safe.

One angry tweet took a shot at Chapman. “I have expected Gotion to say a curse on your houses and walk away. It hasn’t happened, and I appreciate it,” says Green Township Supervisor Jim Chapman. Your recall is coming, Mr. Chapman. Michigan will never forget your lack of transparency, accountability, and respect for the citizens you serve.”

Despite national, statewide, and local objections, Green Township Supervisor Jim Chapman has given enthusiastic support to the CCP-connected battery plant.

During the Summer of 2022, FBI Director Christopher Wray and his MI5 British counterpart Ken McCallum raised the alarm about the national security threat China presents. Wray warned that the Chinese use business ventures to influence local and state governments, “The Chinese government poses an even more serious threat to Western businesses than even many sophisticated businesspeople realize.” He also said, “The Chinese Embassy warned U.S. companies that — if they want to keep doing business in China — they need to fight bills in our Congress that China doesn’t like.” Wray said every 12 hrs the FBI opens a new counterintelligence investigation on China.

U.S. National Counterintelligence and Security Center echoed this concern in a statement saying, “Some of the goals of [Chinese government] influence operations in the United States are to expand support for [People’s Republic of China] interests among state and local leaders and to use these relationships to pressure Washington for policies friendlier to Beijing. Leaders at the U.S. state, local, tribal, and territorial levels risk being manipulated to support hidden [Chinese government] agendas.”

In an interview with Bridge, Chapman had complained about local resistance to the battery plant, describing those pushing for answers as close-minded and uninformed. It’s ironic, really; he intentionally kept people in the dark and is now calling them ignorant.

Many involved in Gotion’s planning process have also signed non-disclosure agreements (NDA) and are ducking their responsibility to their constituents by hiding behind an agreement they should not have signed. People placed in office by their constituents are responsible for the transparent use of tax-payer dollars and should recognize their responsibility to answer questions truthfully is foundational to their job.

Covid vaccine-injured Class Action Lawsuit filed in Federal Court of Australia

The Australian Therapeutic Goods Administration (“TGA”) did not fulfil their duty to properly regulate the covid injections, resulting in harm and damage to Australians, argues a Class Action lawsuit filed on Wednesday in the Federal Court of Australia.

The action is seeking compensation on behalf of covid vaccine-injured Australians for damages and losses sustained.

Over 500 injured covid vaccine-injured Australians, many of whom have suffered life-altering adverse events, have now expressed interest in the action, as have family members of Australians who died after receiving the vaccine.

The Class Action seeks to hold the TGA to account for alleged, “negligence, breach of statutory duty and misfeasance in public office” in its failure to properly approve and monitor the covid vaccines, resulting in harms to Australians.

Class Action respondents include, but are not limited to, the Australian Government, the Department of Health and Aged Care Secretary Dr Brendan Murphy, and the Former Deputy Secretary of Health Products Regulation Group Adjunct Professor John Skerritt.

The action was filed by Brisbane law firm NR Barbi Solicitor on behalf of Lead Applicants Gareth O’Gradie, Antonio Derose, and Anthony Rose. The Lead Applicants are representing the covid vaccine-injured across all Australian jurisdictions who have suffered loss and damage as a result of being injected with one or more of the covid vaccines.

Dr Melissa McCann, GP at the Whitsunday Family Practice, instigated the action and has initiated a crowdfunding campaign to assist in funding legal expenses. She says that a Class Action is needed because the compensation scheme has failed vaccine-injured Australians.

A recent review of the compensation scheme in The Australian revealed that only 126 out of 3,395 claims made to the scheme so far have been approved. 2,357 claims are in progress, 562 have been rejected, and 350 have been withdrawn.

Several of the vaccine-injured registered in this action have shared their stories with Instagram archive project, Jab Injuries Australia (JIA). 37-year-old Sydney mum Mel shared her story on the page earlier this year. After three Pfizer shots, Mel told JIA, “I’m now disabled and have severe debilitating pain. I regret taking these vaccines every day of my life.”

Should the action be successful, financial compensation will assist in covering some of Mel’s treatment costs – she has spent tens of thousands of dollars on treatments so far. But more than that, Mel wants justice.

A parent who attended the courthouse on Monday is Raelene, mother of Caitlin Gotze. 23-year-old Caitlin died shortly after her second Pfizer vaccination, which she got because it was mandated for her job, in 2021. Caitlin was bedridden for four days after the second shot, developing severe shortness of breath and malaise in the following weeks. Six weeks later, Caitlin went to the emergency department and was given a ventilator and steroids. Three days after this, she was found dead in her car at the Toowoomba horse racing stables where she worked.

Six months after Caitlin’s death, the Queensland Coroner officiated the cause of death as asthma. However, Caitlin never had asthma. Raelene is taking steps to have the investigation into Caitlin’s death reopened. “Where there is risk there must be choice. Cailtin had no choice, she had no informed consent,” says Raelene. “I want to see accountability. I want the government to take responsibility for the immeasurable harm they’ve caused.”

“Australians who have experienced a serious adverse event following covid-19 vaccination are invited to step forward and register for this Class Action,” says instructing solicitor Natalie Strijland of NR Barbi Solicitor.

Eligible Group Members include those who have suffered a serious adverse event either partly or wholly by reason of the covid injection.  Serious adverse events include:

  • death;
  • a life-threatening event;
  • an event which requires in-patient hospitalisation;
  • an event which resulted in persistent or significant disability or incapacity, including: permanent impairment of a body function or permanent damage to a body structure;
  • an event which necessitated medical or surgical intervention to prevent permanent impairment of a body function or permanent damage to a body structure;
  • an event causing a congenital anomaly, birth defect or stillbirth;
  • a medically important event;
  • an event that made one or more of the outcomes above more likely; or
  • was an event that required intervention to prevent one or more of the above outcomes, including events that required intensive treatment in an emergency department or at home but did not result in hospitalisation.

Texas Senate Passes Bill Banning Citizens From Hostile Nations From Buying Farmland

AUSTIN, TX - SEPTEMBER 20: The Texas State Capitol is seen on the first day of the 87th Legislature's third special session on September 20, 2021 in Austin, Texas. Following a second special session that saw the passage of controversial voting and abortion laws, Texas lawmakers have convened at the Capitol for a third special session to address more of Republican Gov. Greg Abbott's conservative priorities which include redistricting, the distribution of federal COVID-19 relief funds, vaccine mandates and restrictions on how transgender student athletes can compete in sports. (Photo by Tamir Kalifa/Getty Images)

Under a new bill that was passed by the Texas state Senate, citizens from countries that pose a threat to the United States would not be allowed to own certain types of lands.

The new bill, Senate Bill 147, would ban citizens from countries that have been named on the Director of National Intelligence’s National Threat Assessment for three years in a row, or more. The only nations that fall under that criteria would be China, Russia, Iran, and North Korea. However, lawful permanent residents and dual citizens would be exempted.

Senator Lois Kolkhorst (R-Texas.), who had introduced the bill, told Fox News that the bill is the balance that is needed, and that it is vital to the national security of the country.

“Senate Bill 147 strikes the balance of national security, and the state is vital to our national security,” Kolkhorst said. “While also allowing those that are seeking freedom, seeking asylum, fleeing these authoritarian regimes, to come here and live their lives and live the American dream.”

However, the bill only bans certain areas from being available for purchase by citizens from the listed nations. The areas that the bill lists are agriculture, oil, timber, and mineral-bearing areas. The bill lists these areas as off limits due to the threat that foreign ownership would pose to the state and the country.

“Food security is national security. Oil and gas, our rare earth materials, timber – we need to be protecting that,” Kolkhorst said. “This is a national security issue. So that’s why I linked the prohibitions back to the national threat assessment.”

The bill has faced heavy opposition from within and outside the legislation.

State Representative Gene Wu (D-Texas.) said that the bill goes too far, and that the legislation should be focused on those governments and their agents instead of the citizens.

“Even with the amendments offered, this legislation still takes away the rights of an entire class of people without due process and solely on the basis of their national origin,” Wu said. “National security is a serious issue, but if we are concerned about the actions of foreign governments, then legislation should only affect foreign governments and their agents.”

Members of the Houston Asian community opposed the bill and held rallies near the office of Senator Kolkhorst in protest. The protesters called the bill “racist and xenophobic.”

June Xu, a member of the Houston Asian community said that even though the bill was altered and “watered down,” it was still discriminatory and racial profiling.

“It’s watered down, but less discrimination,” Xu said. “But it’s still discrimination. That did not change. Imagine if I walk into the broker and say I need to buy land. Nobody else has to show their citizenship, but I do based on what? Based on what I look like and my last name so it’s still racial profiling.”

However, other states have either introduced, or are in the process of implementing similar legislatures. On Wednesday, the North Carolina House of Representatives passed a bill which would ban Russia, China, and other hostile governments from buying lands in the state.

Senator Tom Cotton (R-Ark.) has also introduced a bill on the national level that would ban Chinese citizens from buying real estate in the United States. The bill also exempts those who were granted asylum as a refugee or was a lawful immigrant and admitted for permanent residence.

“For decades, the Chinese Communist Party has been gobbling up American farmland and real estate,” Cotton had previously told Fox News. “At best, this submits American land and resources to China’s best interests, not America’s — at worst, these purchases serve as outposts for Chinese espionage campaigns against American businesses and military bases.”

The bill in Texas will now head to the state House of Representatives for approval before making its way to Governor Greg Abbott’s desk for his signature.

Climate Scam: Trump Warns EV Push Only Helps China, Harms U.S.

Climate Scam: Trump Warns EV Push Only Helps China, Harms U.S.

“We’re playing right into the hands of China.” That’s how Donald Trump described leftists’ mad push for electric vehicles (EVs) during an interview with Steve Bannon.

“Everything’s the opposite of what it should be,” Trump said. “[Under Biden,] we don’t want to be energy independent. We want to spend, instead of $1.87 a gallon, we want to spend $9 a gallon. We want to go to all electric cars that go for two hours and then you get stuck in the middle of a road and there’s nobody — you might as well forget the car, how do you get it [anywhere]?”

Trump used California as an example of what an over-reliance on “green” energy and electric power can cause. “They want to go all-electric, but they have brownouts [cutbacks on electric power] because they don’t have enough electric.” Not only can you not drive your car if there isn’t enough electricity, but the powers-that-be can completely control the grid.

We saw what happened with COVID-19 shutdowns and how Big Tech companies essentially worked hand-in-glove with the federal government to censor. What could happen if the government has the power to target towns or states with electricity shutdowns? It’s at least a possibility. That’s what’s starting to happen in California.

”And don’t forget it takes energy, and it takes what we have under our feet, it takes liquid gold, to make everything so the electric [grid] can work,” Trump went on. “And we’re playing right into the hands of China because they have all of the minerals, all of the everything to make the batteries. And we have none of it, we have none of it.”

The U.S. could in fact refine rare earths if it wanted. It already does, although very little. Efforts to do so too often fail. While China doesn’t have all the rare earths the world uses (Afghanistan is rich in them, which is another reason the U.S. pullout and Taliban takeover there were so disastrous), China does control 90% or more of the world’s rare earths processing.

”It’s either in China, which they have very valuable land for that — you know, we have oil, and gas, but they have minerals that we don’t have,” Trump said. Bannon broke in to clarify Trump meant that China has “rare earths.” Trump then emphasized that the CCP is “in love with what’s happening. They can’t believe we’re stupid.”

But is it really stupidity or deliberate sabotage? Trump thinks it’s the latter. “I don’t think anybody can be that stupid. Look, Biden got millions of dollars from China. I mean, why would anybody do this? And people don’t want to have all electric. You know, right now electric cars are like 3, 4% of the market.” People should be welcome to buy electric cars, or gas-powered cars, or hybrids — but it should be their choice, Trump said. “Now, they want all electric.”

California and other states now have “brownouts” in the summers because there isn’t enough electricity to go around — and there will be less electricity the more such states switch to inefficient, toxic, unprofitable, and insufficient “green” energy. “They can’t produce enough electricity, and they never will be able to,” Trump said. “You can’t run an industrial society on this theory of net carbon zero and wind and solar,” Bannon chimed in.

That’s absolutely true. But perhaps that’s the whole point? The U.S. government works closely with the United Nations and the World Economic Forum, both of which entities advocate a “Great Reset” and a totally transformed world by 2030. Both WEF and the UN work a lot with China, too. A key part of the UN’s 2030 Agenda is supposedly “green” energy and EVs. The U.S. government is playing into China’s hands with its EV push, but is that unconscious or deliberate?
